I will say in regards to the OP: that is a pretty solid run of AC/DC albums.

I stand by it.
You got RTB and Presto backward, but that's a good four album run. Really, you could pick any four Rush albums in a row and have a winner.

I'd also go with Zep's s/t through Zep IV and Aero's s/t through Rocks.

I would LOVE to see Janet back in Vixen. Lorraine needs to set up a Femme Fatale reunion lineup (as much of a reunion as is possible, of course).

They're all great, but I went with "Subdivisions" and "Jump" just barely over "The Final Countdown".

We'll combine it with talk about Mr. Bojangles so it can also be meant for the Gossip Board now.
Okay. That's a classic tune by The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Maybe I should listen to it now?

Also Love Rollercoaster. Very very disco.
Probably because "Love Rollercoaster" is a cover of an actual disco song by The Ohio Players. Do covers qualify for this thread?

Anyone here remember this one? Solid enough keyboard hair metal song that got a small amount of HBB airplay with Gina Gershon in the video. I like it (apparently said video with Gina isn't posted anywhere on YouTube, so here's a Russian link): https://ok.ru/video/38358616773 And while we're at it, a...

This one is kind of debatable as to whether or not it counts, though, since there’s a whole keyboard solo just before it.

Wasn’t she married to Brian Wheat of Tesla once? “Love Has Taken Its Toll” is a solid enough tune that managed to crack the Billboard Hot 100 shortly after it came out. The whole debut album has some other great songs as well like “Gypsy Child” and “Back to the Bullet”. Good stuff.

Nah, I'd say "Something to Believe In" was their last big peak. "Ride the Wind" was just a slight drop, but still a drop nonetheless. Then the real downhill slide began with "Life Goes On". To clarify what I meant ... "Ride the Wind" was the very last moment ...

Pop ballads and AOR ballads (and even a few hair ballads) are notorious for these: Sweet Sensation's "If Wishes Came True", REO's "Keep on Loving You" and "Can't Fight This Feeling", Firehouse's "Love of a Lifetime", "When I See You Smile", etc.
