I see you were up all night thinking about me again.
Boy oh boy today is going to be a fun-filled day as I one by one own each of you morons.
God... Where to start?
Eh... I guess I'll start at the top and own y'all on the way down, one by one as I find time today. My facility is closed tomorrow so I have a lot to do, but this should be simple enough to do with a coffee in one hand even.
Be back soon, school children, but I'll give you a hint before I go, in case any of you want to attempt to save face while I'm gone... You should read for yourself instead of relying on pussy alternym's photoshops and then stroking his penis afterwards. You're going to be made fools of.

Rev, two big differences exist between you and Jack Russell that I think are pertinent here.RockNRev wrote:Sorry about your loss... For real. It's horrible.2Tempting wrote:I had a relative, a good friend, and numerous aquaintances die in the Station fire. To be serious for a second here, I'm completely unimpressed that you supposedly helped Jack Russell get off. His fat ass was just as guilty as everyone else involved.
But, as for Jack's guilt... He was just as guilty that night as every other band before him that played there and used pyro, which was a LOT of bands both local and national. He was just as guilty as I was, actually. We both did the same exact thing. We played a show where we had a guy set up pyro for us. Neither of us handled the pyro, set it up or shot it off. Neither of us was in charge of securing permits, etc. We just played our sets and let the guy in charge of that stuff handle it.
I know this is hard to grasp for y'all, but guess what? The Rock, of wrestling fame... He doesn't handle his own pyro either. Imagine that? He doesn't set it off. He doesn't worry about permits. He just walks out and knows to expect it. Hopefully nothing goes wrong and if it does, hopefully everyone in charge of that shit has their ducks in a row. If not, you would have what we got at the Station.
That's what happened here and you fools are no smarter than the judge who deemed Jack innocent.
But keep hatin'! It looks good on ya!
First, you are/were in a LOCAL band. If you show up and the club traditionally does pyro, well yeah, it's the club's job to ensure permits and inspections are done. If you are not personally responsible for the pyro, it's understandable that you don't know the legal requirements.
But Jack Russell heads a National act that has its OWN pyro guy, the guy who was the tour manager in fact.
If you have your own pyro guy and show, it's YOUR responsibility to pull the permits and meet the inspector, and run through your pyro show with him. That means extra money for the permit and twice as much pyro ammo used because you have to do everything you're going to do in the show.
Jack Russell runs a tight ship, and you can bet that he decided to forgo permits because it probably saved him a couple thousand dollars over the course of a tour. So him walking was basically his tour manager falling on his sword, he did Jack a big favor.
I say this without rancor, ya know I love ya.

Rev, let's make it clear, the testimony you posted is the dumb ass drummer's not yours. Now let's look a little deeper at your smokescreening.
March 8th

There is no video evidence of Lovin' Kry using pyro on March 8th. WASP was too afraid that you would upstage them. (Please hold your laughter in)
As far as the other dates. it was established by the drummer you played those two dates but....

There is no timestamp of the show.
Let's continue...
And finally..

That's a long time to be forming a band, dont'cha think?
There are three examples of you playing The Station. Not three video examples of you breaking the law.Well how the hell are there three listed here then, jackass?

Your comprehension skills are weak. That image you posted says the tape contains three SONGS not SHOWS. You said you performed three shows but the two songs from the March 8th show can not possibly have pyro because your drummer said so in his testimony. I find this very interesting since it had already been established that WASP feared your pyro superiority and asked you to spare them the embarrassment of having to follow you. Did you pull a Rerun and Raj and bootleg the WASP show, because you sure as hell didn't use pyro on March 8th 2000.How the hell could he possibly have three shows on his tape?
And finally..
But, but wait a minute! What was the date of this trial where Rev states that, as of that date, he was still forming a band? Wait now!

That's a long time to be forming a band, dont'cha think?

Not if you are looking for only the people that exhibit Tru Metal Kulture. They have to take an oath, learn a secret handshake and pass a rigorous pull-up challenge. That's a long time to be forming a band, dont'cha think?

Right- so you needed to go into detail about your singer writting bad check in your testemony exactly why? To make youself look better? That wasnt' the question- dumbass. There was no reason to elaberate other than to try and make youself look better.
As far as your book..........BAHAHHHHHHAAAAAA. Make sure you have it printed on toilet paper so it will have some sort of usefulness.

You stupid pussy, how about the Attrrney General's office. Then if it vanishes- you take it to the press. Not the other way around. Ass backwards as usual. But then again, you may not have seen you or your band's name in print it you brought it to the correct people. Right? So, if the cops were there during this, and the firemen were there during this, who exactly do you think I should have sent my evidence to? You're a dope

I'm sorry? Did I give you my name? Just because you didn't see it doesn't mean its not there. It certainly doesn't mean I'm a liar, just means you are still a fool.
Still doesn't seem to make a difference if your band has broken up or not. You still are seeking attention. You still talk about it and now we will have it in toilet paper form. So yeah- any attention is good attention for the needy.

I read about the ads. That is not video. And an advertisement for your band on a specific night does not mean the video was of the same performance. It just means you played. See, the reporter took your word for it when you said the pyro was from March 8th, when we both know it wasn't. He called the club to verify that you played there, they confirmed you played. He should have researched a little more, he obviously had no idea what a liar you are.The date and time was validated by the ads that were placed by the club, dumbass. Did you miss that whole part? I'll bet you did, slow one. I thought you said you read this stuff.
If anymore proof is needed...
No you did not say WASP used pyro on the 8th, the drummer did. You told the reporter the video you were giving him was of the March 8th performance and in the video your band was seen setting off gerbs. Didn't happen.Like I said... They did and we proved it.
That's lying , Rev.

You said you were gonna post a pic. You didn't, of course, because no such pic exists.
I called you on it, and you asked if I wanted you shirtless. I said no.
But since when do you start listening to me? And since when were you posting this pic soley for MY benefit?
When you backpedal that fast, do you ever break the sound barrier?

Oh, and BTW...what is this "Ya" shit? Are you German? If so, it's spelled "Ja."
Or are you trying to spell "Yeah?" You might wanna make note of the spelling there. It's a pretty easy word to master, but I imagine things are getting kinda blurry after smashing your head into the wall repeatedly over the past few days.
Just tryin' to be helpful.

Hey, see if you can find another reference to the Station Nightclub fire before this one...So, who was it that needed some attention? Who was it that "still talks about it"?Pussy Alternym, on March 31st, 2007, as his very first post with the pussy alternym he created for himself in 2005 and didn't break out until he knew he'd need to hide after the bullshit he was about to spew wrote:We all remember you well because you used the Great White fire to promote your dopey band. You pissed everyone off with the tacky move and they flamed you up and down almost as bad as the dude from Karinations. Then you talked some shit about the sludge fest and BBF stepped in and really let you have it. Then you were banned.
And I like how you now say that it doesn't matter if I had a band or not. Of course it does since one of your most worn out flames is that I was promoting my band. Nice backpeddle. Why do you feel the need to do so?
'Tard, That wasn't a backpedal. If you quote it in the context that it was posted instead of filtering it through your delusional bubble you are living in, it should be clear. You seem to be having more and more trouble with that when it comes to your selective quoting. I’ll translate it for you in the context for which it was meant: You are an attention whore and you running to the papers to get your name in it proved it.

Now come on you little poseur......Who's audience was that really? WASP? Warrant, RATT -minus three of the original members? Those folks weren't drawn there by your band......That would be a lie. I'm going with another known PAID band and the $1.50 drafts. Shit the free parking and the pool tables probably drew more of that crowd than you guys. LMFAO! Except that one guy, shitfaced with his jacket over his shoulder...he's all yours.
