Sweet I cannot wait for Edge to be gone.
Edge dead would more entertaining than Edge injured, which is definitely more entertaining than the guy working in and out of one fucking STUPID angle after another between his pathetically frequnet injuries.
The guy is a real asshole.
In the ring, out of the ring, in character, out of character, on the street, when dealing with 'the help' anywhere he goes.
His mouth is gonna get him shot sooner than.
...and probably in LA.

Which will be his best work (err, work/shoot) ever!!

I'm a HUGE Edgehead! JMO, but I think he's the best heel in the industry... and it's not even close. He and Jericho could have been absolute gold as a team for an extended time.

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
I don't understand smarts who hate Edge. Doesn't make any sense.

Hulk Hogan health update after back surgeries, says whether he can wrestle again, criticizes Steve Austin, takes shot at UFC
Hulk Hogan says he's trying "to figure out" his wrestling future after having two recent back surgeries. He says he won't be able to perform the leg drop again, but he would like to get back in the ring if his body lets him.
"I've had two back surgeries in the last five months. Just the middle of my waistline up and halfway down my back, it's so stiff that I just can't seem to get flexible," Hogan told Jessi Virtusio of the Southtown Star (Ill.). "I'm trying to work through it. I'm 55 years old. With the knee replacements and hip replacements, I'm trying to not joke or fool myself. I'm trying to get a logical assessment."
If he were to wrestle again, Hogan says he would like to face retired wrestler Ric Flair, non-wrestler & WWE chairman Vince McMahon, or retired wrestler Steve Austin. Hogan criticized Austin for not doing a match when they had a chance.
"Stone Cold's bragger's claim to fame is: 'I never wrestled Hulk Hogan.' I think he thinks he's God's gift to wrestling," Hogan said. "It would be a tremendous match for the fans. If he can get on the same page with me and put ego out of the way, who cares who wins? It would be a match people would love to see."
Hogan will be in Chicago on Friday at a major wrestling event at the MLS soccer stadium, Toyota Park. Hogan will be signing autographs for $99 along with the usual crew of Jimmy Hart, Brutus Beefcake, and the Nasty Boys before a wrestling card presented by Windy City Wrestling.
The pre-show meet & greet with Hogan is part of "Hulk Hogan Appreciation Day." Hogan says criticism for the steep autograph price is a matter of perspective. He also took a shot at UFC 100 this weekend.
"It's all relative. I guess you could pay huge amounts to watch an Ultimate Fighting Championship fight, and it can end in 30 seconds," Hogan said. "I'm just going to try and get back to the fans, and this was up to ... Toyota Park to set the prices. If it's too inconvenient for fans, I'm sure there's going to be another time in the near future to see them. I really hope to see many people, and afterwards enjoy the matches."

Hulk Hogan says TNA is "one big name" away from competing head-to-head against WWE. In an interview published Tuesday night, Hogan completely changed his opinion of the TNA product from February when he dogged the product for being stale.
"They gain momentum every week. They seem to be real fresh," Hogan told Jessi Virtusio of the Southtown Star (Ill.). "When a lot of guys go over to that side of the fence, they seem to get a spring in their step."
In February, Hogan said he viewed the TNA Impact program as a replica of the "dying days of the NWO" featuring old WCW stars and Kurt Angle doing plenty of talking in the Main Event Mafia.
"I watched Sting in the business suit without his make-up and it's kind of like the NWO not when the NWO was hot, but when the NWO started losing steam when these guys didn't want to wrestle anymore and all they wanted to do was talk," Hogan said in February.
Reading between the lines on his interview published yesterday, Hogan sounds as if he would consider or has already considered appearing for TNA. He says TNA could repeat history of competing against WWE, just like WCW did in the mid-'90s.
"I see TNA getting strong. I see Vince McMahon being impeccable except for a few little holes in the boat," he said. "TNA is lacking that one momentum-shifting move, that one big name that would even the playing field ... TNA's lacking the big piece of the puzzle."
Hogan is still playing both sides of the fence, though. Hogan complemented Vince McMahon on his product and production value, while calling WWE the industry standard.
"I also watch Vince's product (WWE). Vince is the constant. He's the standard of excellence," Hogan said. "I just love watching his show because you never know what he is going to do. Plus, the production - you can't even touch his production. It's so dialed-in. It's amazing just to see how they put the pieces together."
Remember, WWE does have a special "Guest Host" storyline on Raw each week for the time being. Hogan may have successfully auditioned for some TV exposure on WWE TV after allowing time to heal 2009's wounds between McMahon and him.

In terms of what? Financially, they probably did. They just generate ridiculous amounts of revenues from merchandising and licensing. Mania was once again an enormous cash cow for them as well. Each year they just keep finding ways to generate more and more money. The product may be unbearable to watch at times... but that really doesn't seem to matter to them as long as they keep raking in the cash.BD888 wrote:Is it true that WWE did it's best every year last year?

Pretty much the moment the entire internet has been waiting for. CM Punk cut a straight edge heel promo on Hardy, mentioning his past drug problems and his two strikes.ozzyrulz777 wrote:I missed Smackdown last night. What happened?

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
After the TNA house show, I went to a local Wild Wings and Angle,Samoa Joe and The Dudleys were there watching it. Afterwards Angle was outside signing and taking pics for a good ten minutes. He was pretty cool and was overheard talking to a fan about a problem between TNA and his wife and that he may not end up staying with the company. So,if Kurt leaves the news was broken in a BW3 parking lot to a random mark.

Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
The Punk promo was top shelf. I'm REALLY surprised they had him bring up Jeff's drug problems. I know they've mentioned it casually online and all, but he's being pushed as THE top face on that show... and with WWE trying to be more "family friendly" I'm surprised they'd go that route with him.
That said... AWESOME promo. Punk is clearly the heel here, but he's the type of heel that is actually in the right. They're doing an awesome job with his character right now and Punk is clearly running with the ball.

Yeah it would. We'll just have to wait and see. My prediction is that he will end up back in the E by next years Rumble. Kurt has done it all in TNA and he will probably do some films under the WWE banner.ozzyrulz777 wrote:That would be awesome if he just leaked the news like that.Angry Jew wrote:After the TNA house show, I went to a local Wild Wings and Angle,Samoa Joe and The Dudleys were there watching it. Re: The New (Spam Free) Never Ending Wrestling Thread
Bobby Lashley announced during an interview with ESPN Radio Wednesday that he officially signed with TNA Wrestling this past week and will be on hand for Sunday's Victory Road pay-per-view as well as next week's slate of Impact tapings.
During the interview, Lashley said: "I signed with TNA. It's a big thing because I am fighting and my main focus has been fighting and it still is. I left wrestling so abruptly a few years ago and the fans kind of threw their hands up. I left and they were like, man, what about us? I left at the top of my game. I still wanted to wrestle, but I wanted to fight, so it was like, how do you do both? I spoke with Dixie Carter, the owner of TNA, and she was really, really helpful and she wanted to give me an opportunity to give back to wrestling. With their schedule, they only do four days a month. This week, my schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and I'm done for the month and can concentrate on my fighting. It works out real well."
