Lisa - nobody knows what the real Lisa looks like. Donnie never met her. The picture is probably her daughter or grand daughter. The photo posted by the musician was a ruse to keep people from trashing the photo that was submitted. It was really a real estate agent in Florida named Lisa Cohen.
