Yes, he is an MD and he makes good money, but doctors don't make what they did 30 years ago. He found a smart way to market himself, and most of the celebs who go on his show are also looking to kick start their careers again. I couldn't help but think that he's getting a little too big for his own good after watching that episode of Loveline where he's listening to rap with his underlings and hanging out with Corey Taylor and his new wife.
