Shaul Marie Guerrero, the 20-year-old daughter of Eddie & Vickie Guerrero, has reportedly signed a developmental deal with WWE.

According to her mother Vickie, she is already traveling on the road with WWE. Earlier this month, Vickie was asked by a fan who she was riding with to a live WWE event, to which she responded, "my oldest daughter."

Any negotiations between Paul Heyman and TNA are now over after Dixie Carter refused to grant Heyman's demands.

Heyman ultimately wanted the power to make talent changes without her request, as well as calling for roughly $1 million in talent cuts, and $200,000 in indy/international talent additions. As part of his office team, Heyman also wanted to bring in former WWE creative team member Dave Lagana and Dragon Gate USA booker Gabe Sapolsky.

Heyman was also frustrated that his job description wasn't laid out in specific terms. He is unlikely to work with TNA in the future, even if offered the deal he was previously seeking, insisting he has moved on.

Vince McMahon is raising hell in Connecticut -- the WWE honcho just filed a lawsuit claiming the CT Secretary of the State had no right to ban WWE clothing from the polls ... just because his wife Linda is running for U.S. Senate.

Vince's beef is with a new directive from the Sec. of the State's office that gives officials the power to turn away anyone who wears WWE clothing within 75 feet of a polling place ... because it could be interpreted as a solicitation on behalf of Linda McMahon's candidacy.

In the documents, filed today in federal court in Connecticut -- McMahon claims the ban will "threaten the constitutional rights and liberties of voters who have expressed a desire to wear WWE paraphernalia to their poling places."

Vince also states in the docs that he will fight the power -- and "intends to wear WWE paraphernalia when he enters the polling place to cast his vote on November 2, 2010."

Vince -- who also notes that Linda is not employed by WWE -- is demanding that a judge immediately reverse the ban.

So far, no word from the Sec. of State.

"The Animal" discussed his strong distaste for WWE's "PG" direction, working on NBC's Chuck, his future prospects in the film industry, and the scathing promo he cut on John Cena the week before Wrestlemania.

Regarding the promo, he said several colleagues praised him afterwards for it, but noted Vince McMahon hating it. The former WWE Champion also noted receiving much grief for his "hugging fat girls" line in another Cena themed promo on RAW earlier this year.

My favorite thing so far is last RAW when Wade Barrett didn't have a explanation why Nexus got involved with the Buried Alive match but that it was just,I'm thinking it was a piss poor attempt in a storyline to randomly have them do that,then again this is the same company that doesn't know what to do with Low-Ki(Kaval) so they have him job to wrestlers that are way down the pay scale and should be jobbing for him*hand to head*
