They are not going to fix anything as in all likelihood, they will only control the House. Any bill they propose will not make it out of the Senate and even if it did, King Obama would veto it.
What they CAN do, is not fund the abortion of a bill known as Obamacare, that will destroy our healthcare system, which is exactly what the majority of the American people want them to do.

What they CAN do, is not fund the abortion of a bill known as Obamacare, that will destroy our healthcare system, which is exactly what the majority of the American people want them to do.

They also need to vote on an official resolution to repeal Obamacare. True, it will only be a symbolic vote, as it will most certainly be vetoed by Obama, but it's a symbolic vote that will go a long way in the minds of the American people.

He will probably get more support in his second term because the people will realize they choked too soon. Then, if the country does well in those 4 years, Hillary will get her shot if she still wants it. She'll be kinda old but younger than Reagan or McCain were when they ran.

And I do agree for the most part with what you said. Though with a Democratic twist, of course. But I haven't been impressed with the Democratic Congress....they are pretty cowardly,, politcally...corporate whores.

edit: through the past weeks I have been getting phone calls from actual people asking me if I was going to vote, if I was supporting my Democratic candidates, etc..plus one push poll for Chris Dudley, the Republican candidate for OR Governor..which drove me nuts because I couldn't answer the way I actually wanted to be represented. I finally told the pollster I wasn't going to answer the yes or no format and if they didn't like that they could stop asking me questions. So I guess I have a lot of "no answer"s on that one.

But after I had already turned in my ballot, I got my first ever robo-call! From the GOP candidate for Senator. Here in Oregon, once the ballot is collected you are supposed to be taken of the call lists. It didn't piss me off so much as amuse me. I mean, hello..1) I'm a Democrat, 2) I had already voted, and 3) Why wait till after that to robo-call me. It was pathetic.
