Let's remember that Colbert's part of this was Fear. I think the GOP and the Tea Party managed to restore fear, at least in the House of Representatives.

But if they don't do anything other than obstruct, THEY will be the ones holding the bag in 2012.

Webb has a few skeletons in his closet (but nothing serious) but I agree the democrats are fucking stupid for not putting him in the spotlight.
