Anyone workout with kettlebells?
A kettlebell gym just opened up in town. A friend of mine and I decided to try the "free trial offer." We're sold. She and I both busted out our check books. Very intense and brutal but still fun. Plus I've never seen an exercise do so much for the body and such a small amount of time. 45 minutes and I burned 800 calories.

Sounds like to me the Salvation Army has found a great way to get volunteers this year.
