Not likely. Statistics don't lie! With all the opportunities blacks have over whites you'd think they would make some shed of improvement! Overall.....NONE! As I said, individually speaking, some blacks make major improvements but not as a whole race. Look at the prison population??? Look at the percent high school dropouts. Look at staggering number of single mothers with numerous babies from different fathers. This is just a drop in the bucket. The proof is overwhelming and I doubt I'd lose any pissin match about this!
