I think a huge problem is having two shows when there's about one show worth. Yeah, the brand split ending would shadow a lot of newer guys, but it pushes them harder. The WWE got along for years without two brands.

Yeah, I wish they would go back to having all wrestlers and storylines running through both shows. That would be much better than the brand split bullshit.

There are some people that are around for the sake of filling up space. Perhaps focus more on the midcard on Smackdown but do not ignore everyone else. That's how I'd do it. I'd can the people that aren't contributing to anything and hire some talent that is worth the money.

I think Orton gets a great crowd response and seems to be more favorable than Cena these days. Cena has run stale.

The Miz is a great talker, something that a lot of guys lack, so they should continue to build on him. Alex Riley, however, does no good for him.

Same goes for CM Punk. He's a great talker and I think he's a great wrestler. He doesn't need the Nexus angle to really develop his character. I could buy him as a main eventer.

Dolph and Bryan are great wrestlers without much personality. To me, they're doomed to stay in the midcard.

Sheamus - meh. He's a monster, and there's always one.

Personally I see John Morrison as a main eventer. They need to tweak his promo skills and keep building his feuds. His matches with Sheamus were great, and the match with Miz was awesome. Not to mention he was one of the few bright spots in the Royal Rumble this year.

I think it would be hard to have 1 solid program and be able to elevate some of the new guys past mid card status.

I agree with your idea on john morrison I think he is one of the most talented wrestlers out there right now he's exciting to watch. however someone mentioned that Vince has no respect for him after the way he handled the batista melina situation so he wont be given the push he rightly deserves.

Real lack of long term story lines from WWE in the last several years.

I realize the Nexus was conceived to bring in several young guys all at once and try to get them over as a unit. However this didn’t work with Spirt Sqaud ( What the fuck was Vince thinking here) and the Mean Street Posse.

The best factions were those with members who already had an Identity of their own. Dgenration X, NWO, Nation of Domination where the Rock was able to breakout from pretty much unknown member to a bona fide superstar.

Does anyone care about Husky Harris, Michael McGillicutty, Mason Ryan, and will they ever?

And for that matter will they ever care for Alex Riley, Darren Young, DH Smith, Evan Bourne, the Uso’s, Michael Tarver, Primo, Tyson Kidd, Yoshi Tatsu, or Zack Ryder???

Sheamus there is nothing you could do to him to make me not turn the channel when he’s wrestling short of setting him on fire for real. I don’t like this character one bit.

Jerry Lawler please stop using him as a wrestler he’s in his 50’s we all know he’s not going to win the title and if he does why? As a token gesture I guess it would be one of those things that the King deserves it just for all the time he’s been in the business. But he’ll keep it for what 1 day? 1 week? Tops

Ted Dibiase please follow in your fathers footsteps become the new million dollar man it was a great gimmick and it could work again.

I think WWE should bring in HBK and Piper to help the young guys learn how to properly do promos they are both getting a paycheck from the E in some form or another have them head up a character development department to bring out the best in the young guys. They would also be good judges as to who’s got it and who doesn’t

WWE really needs to create some long term feuds that will keep peoples interest. Their storylines right now suck

There is nothing wrong with one brand overall.

The answer? (I'm writing an article on this soon...)

A three hour Raw.

In the first hour, focus on your midcard/lightweight guys. In the 9 o'clock hour on, focus on the upper midcard and main event guys.

Bring it all into focus. Raw has always been the top show, so why not make it the biggest show.

Bring all the of titles together into the fold. Structure the divisions like this:

WWE Title
US Heavyweight Title
Light Heavyweight Title
WWE Tag Team Titles

Can the Divas division - it does absolutely no good and draws little to no interest. Build up solid managers out of the talented Divas (No, this does not include Kelly Kelly. Huge tits, but she's got the personality of a jar of mayo.)

Introduce a special TV title to be defended on Smackdown. Keep Smackdown to two-hours and highlight on the main feuds and build up the midcard/lightweight guys, but don't forget to add some main event talent to the mix.

It can (and has) worked. It would result in stronger live attendance and an overall stronger rating for Smackdown.

It's gonna be very interesting to see where they go with this. The Rock essentially said most of the last decade sucked and the company's biggest star is pathetic. It's almost like he showed up in TNA and ripped the WWE apart. I loved every minute of it, but that's a weird thing for them to do. It could be the rebirth of the Attitude era, or it could completely blow up in their face.

At least one aspect has worked... I had no interest in ordering Wrestlemania until Monday. Good job WWE, you've earned my money.

The Rock spoke the truth and perhaps WWE is realizing that. The last 7 years have not been memorable with the exception of Ric Flairs retirement match and speech. other than that I really cant recall a great storyline or momnen the last 7 years and thats sad.

With the return of Trish Stratus and the arrival of ??? tonight and hearing that Austin is a coach on tuff enuff it seems that WWE may be throwing alot of money at definate draws and maybe we will see a return to the less kid friendly wwe attitude era. I think if they bring back the attitude era they need to bring back all of DX and start from there

Why does Randy Orton always get a pass from wrestling fans? I don't think he he ever impressed me or made me go wow. Same thing in the elimination chamber. He took no risks, didn't put any effort into it.

Cena and Edge get a lot of hate but I think they're better in the ring than Orton.
