Ugggh, could you imagine going to their arena to support your team? This is what I imagine it would be like:
I was close to going to be B's/Flyers game on Sunday night but declined for this very reason. Although I'm sure they'd take pity on a B's fan.
It looks like Pittsburgh/Tampa is one playoff matchup that is almost a given at this point, so we can just go ahead and eliminate Tampa now. Down to 7 teams in the conference!

I think the Aud was a little older than PA. Buffalo was once a great place. I bet those Bison's games were fun there.

I'd be throwing a beer on you or hitting you with a D cell battery.
I just noticed we are playing you guys tomorrow night! Don't throw batteries on our fans if you see any! We are harmless and our team sucks, so have pity

How fitting that they look like a bunch of convicts coming back from the yard to their cells.

Just ended. Congrats. Great goaltending on both sides. Lotsa missed opportunities. Lotsa questionable calls and non-calls on both sides as well.
Totally unacceptable to not score one goal against a non-playoff team.
The Flyers had better get their shit together. Then again, almost every year but last (where they did just the opposite of the
usual ) they have their season end slump.

Welcome to the land of Kopitar-ian style misery the week before the playoffs.

It looks like the 8 teams in the east are just about set. There might be some movement in the match-ups, but as of today:
Washington vs NY
Philly vs Buffalo
Boston vs Montreal
Pitt vs Tampa
I'd take Buffalo for the upset special.

With no offense meant to the eastern fans, the potential west coast scrambling this week may be as fun as the first round.
Of course I also love the occasional west coast playoff game still going on when the east coast wakes up.

I'm pulling for Nashville. A first round match up against Anaheim could be the upset special for one of the top seeds, especially San Jose when Jumbo Joe goes into hibernation.
For shits and giggles, I'm going with advancing:
Washington
Buffalo
Boston
Pitts
Vancouver
Detroit
Anaheim
Nashville
