Tangled (2010) - 7/10
One of the weirdest animated movies I've ever seen, but it was fun. There were some parts that were a little too familiar (parts that seemed like complete rip-offs of the movies Stardust and Aladdin), and some of the songs sucked, but the male character and the mother made up for it. Solid family movie.

House Party (1990) 9/10. Robin Harris stole every scene, as Pop. Sad that he died so young. He was hilarious.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - 7.5/10
I had no intention of ever seeing this. We were watching my lady's nephew last night and took him to see it. I was pleasantly surprised that I cared about a CGI ape but they managed to make a movie w/ a good story line and a lot of heart.

I finally saw it and loved it. Entertaining all the way through. 10/10.fatbass wrote:Hobo with a Shotgun - Campy, grotesque, poor dialogue, over-acting. The best "Grindhouse" movie by far.

Just got out of a sneak preview of warrior. Good flick... Kind of the mma version of the fighter with a few well placed twists. 8/10
Attack the block... Entertaining and well done also 8/10

Spider 2006(I think) 8/10
It's a nine minute short that you can check out if you have Netflix-streaming. Pretty cool, I laughed at the ending.

Morning Glory - 6/10. Pretty forgettable. Rachel McAdams was hot in it.
Re: Rate the last movie you saw
The Debt (2011) Starring Helen Mirren. 6.5/10. I thought it was going to be a lot better. It wasn't bad, but it was just really slow and takes awhile for everything to happen. I didn't find it to be all that dramatic or suspensful either.
Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Apollo 18 - 4/10
Had a nice set-up, but never got rolling.
It is what it is, Blair Witch in Space, but lacks any creepiness about it or big jump scares that Witch and Paranormal had.
The monsters/aliens were quite lame.
It was much better than Battle Los Angeles, or Don't be afraid of the suck, I will give it that...

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
I spent the weekend with my girlfriend who chose the flicks we would watch...
Our Idiot Brother - 7 out of 10. Nothing too fantastic, but it was enjoyable. You really couldnt get a bad comedy with that cast. If you took out Paul Rudd's character, it was a chick flick...but Im alright with that.
Love, Actually - 8 out of 10. Despite my wanting to hate Hugh Grant and anything he does, I loved this movie. I fuckin love Bill Nighey, and the Liam Neeson storyline is pretty heartwarming.

World of the Dead: The Zombie Diaries 2: 3/10
I could go on and on about how this film sucked, but it doesn't even deserve that.

Take Me Home Tonight- One big pile of shit. One of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life. They should've named it "Shit Sandwich".

The Lion King in 3D ~ Saw it at the IMAX. It was un-fuckin'-believable, 10/10.
Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Sniper (1993) Starring Tom Berenger and Billy Zane. 5.5 out of 10. Kind of predictable, and Billy Zane's character was such a cocksucker in it. Still mildly enjoyable and no denying that Tom Berenger is a badass. And, yes, I am gonna watch Sniper 2 next...

Out Of The Past - 4/10. Starring Robert Mitchum. Boring.
I do it so people know which movie I'm talking about, since there are remakes and unrelated movies with the same name.

A decent story with an awesome lead actress and a horrible ending.

500 Days of Summer - 8/10. Enjoyable alternative-styled boy meets girl movie. Zooey is just what you expect in this.
Year of the Dog - 8/10. Dog lovers will relate to this story of how Molly Shannon goes a little off the rails after losing her dog. More of an Indy film with humor than a comedy. John O'Reilly is really fun in a small role, as always.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes - 9.5/10. Fuckin' loved this. So did everyone else.
Captain America - 8.5/10. Not quite the gold standard of Super Hero movies, but it holds it's head high in their company.
Domino - 4/10. Sucked in by potential of another Mickey Rourke Oscar-Worthy performance. Don't bother. Kiera Knightly as a bad-ass bounty hunter - what was I thinking?

I've been wanting to watch the movie Homeboy again. Stars Mickey Rourke and Christopher Walken, kind of an 80's version of The Wrestler but about boxing and probably even better. Underrated as fuck.EddiesCancerTongue wrote:

Rampage (2009) Directed by Uwe Boll. 8/10. Crazy as fuck. I found some parts to be unbelievable, but they really went for it in this movie. The whole Rampage part is crazy.
