Kane initially was great, but after seeing him on TV for nearly 10-12 years straight every Monday night and on every PPV there is no mystery or aura about the guy, mask or no mask.

I would rather see him in a role much like Undertaker and only used as a special attraction and in short runs only.

Kane hasn't been that big of a deal for about 10 years now. I remember going to see RAW in Greensboro back in 2000, the night after Summerslam and when they announced that The Rock would defend his title against Kane, I knew it was the WWF's way of saying that Kane was being relegated to high level jobber. He might as well be another John Morrison, Iron Mike Sharpe or Santino to me at this point. WWE needs to fix his character and make him awesome again before they do anything else, they owe him that.

John Morrison's Final Day With WWE Confirmed

As we noted earlier here on the website, John Morrison is done with WWE when his contract extension expires Wednesday. His original contract with the organization expired earlier this month but he agreed to an extension to appear at events he was advertised for. It is not known whether he will be making a farewell appearance at Monday's RAW SuperShow in Columbia, South Carolina. It's possible they'll job him out to someone they want to put over. Brodus Clay maybe? We'll see.

Meanwhile, Melina absolves all blame that Morrison's once promising WWE career went up in smoke due to their relationship. Rather, she feels WWE is to blame for holding him and others back from achieving greater success.

She wrote Wednesday on Twitter via direct message, "The rumors aren't true. John has been talking to WWE and all these things are between them and has nothing to do with me.

"You have seen a number of wrestlers such as Gail, Bourne, John, Zack and so many more held back from what they deserve and are capable of. That's proof that it's not me. It's the WWE doing it to a number of phenomenal young talent.

"The rumors are FALSE. Please see that. I'm no one special that the WWE would care about."

I originally thought it was Undertaker, but the more I listen to it, the more I think it leads to Jericho. Maybe Jericho will return and so will Undertaker (like Taker/HHH last February), leading up to a feud for Wrestlemania...

I am REALLY enjoying these Kane promos - tonight's promo pretty much confirmed that the mask is back. I'd flip if he came back with his original costume, but he'll be back with something new.

Does anyone here think that tonight was the night that the WWE hinted at John Cena turning heel sometime soon?

I was kinda thinking that as well. If anyone could bring it out of him, it would definitely be Piper... you know, storyline-wise. But still, I can't see them actually having the guts to go through with it. He's their cash cow and the face of the company, no matter how over CM Punk is and how good he is... he's still not at a Cena level. I see them turning Cena as an absolute last resort.

New Jack stated Monday on Facebook that former WWE talent Tammy Sytch (a/k/a Sunny) asked him to kill her former boyfriend, a New Jersey police officer who she broke up with in August. According to Jack, a former bounty hunter, the WWE Hall of Famer reasons that he physically abused her during their five year relationship—she made similar claims on Facebook last month.

Jack writes, "Have these bitches lost there f***ing minds or what? Tammy Sytch from wwe called me this past weekend asked me would I kill her ex boyfriend who is a cop in jersey,because he has abused her and beat the shit outta her for the past 5yrs.

- Jeff Hardy is currently working through a back injury that is limiting him on what he can do in the ring. Hardy's injury is the reason why his match against Jeff Jarrett was cut short at the Turning Point pay-per-view. Hardy reportedly threw his back out several weeks before Turning Point.


It was announced tonight at the Impact Wrestling Tapings that Jeff Hardy will face Jeff Jarrett in a “escape only” cage match at TNA Final Resolution. If Jarrett wins, Hardy is gone from TNA. If Hardy wins, he is the new number one contender for the TNA Championship. Karen Jarrett is banned from ringside.

Other matches previously announced included Bobby Roode vs. AJ Styles for the TNA Championship in a 30-Minute Iron Man Match and Gail Kim vs. Mickie James for the TNA Women’s Knockout Championship.
