I still have a handful of my old games from the late 70s / very early 80s. I took a few quick cell phone photos of 'em. I threw in the KISS game 'cus it is just "wild & crazy fun"

Very. Though it makes me sad to see Roy reduced to a bench guy in the game.Tymaster wrote:How are the rosters? Pretty accurate?Rainbow Bright wrote:Just picked up 2K12 for Xmas. Took me a game to get it, but it's pretty slick. Greg Oden is surprisingly a beast in that game.

Yeah, both of the Wii Sports discs are a lot of fun, especially in multiplayer mode. Another good one is "Neighborhood Games" that has similar games but in an urban setting.Tymaster wrote: Wii Sports and Wii Sports resort, as well as Mario Kart(s) and Punch Out are fun as hell and are GREAT party games.

I had that issue of Atari Age with Battlezone on the cover. They made it look way cool so I bought the game.
It drove me insane until I actually read the instructions and understood the 360 environment of the game. Before that I was just rotating left and right to avoid shots fired at me.

Tommy Lasorda Baseball is my go-to classic. No real players and real-ish teams. Pure pick-up-and-go fun. I think it was one of the earlier Genesis games. Love it. Baseball Stars 1 or 2 on the Neo Geo will work for cartoony goodness.
Any of the newer Madden games and Deion Sanders Prime Time Football (every game is a shootout, but I love it) for the Genesis are my football ones.
