Apparently he was spotted at the Memphis airport this morning. Something tells me that this could be a total swerve of some variety. You know for a fact, whoever the special guest is was flown in on a private jet and taken by car to the venue. Maybe I'm wrong, but it will be interesting.silent_eyes wrote:I'd be very pleased if by some miracle if Brock was the mystery person for tomorrow night, but I know that won't happen.
I still think it's Jericho. It just has to be. He's complained for months now about people stealing his moves and his character and apparently this mystery person is coming back to "reclaim what is rightfully his".
Only other person it could be is Shane McMahon. I think that would make sense and they could totally say that the little girl was Stephanie and she "took the company away from him" and he's coming to take it back. BUT, when Vince returned replaced Triple H with Laurinitis, he said Raw wouldn't be ran by a McMahon.

unless they have told the crew who it is (which alot of times they dont since they seem to like to work the boys as well) that person wouldn't even be on site yet to avoid any of the internet marks from letting the cat outta the bag and since he hasn't hit the dirt sheets yet I don't think anyone besides the highest ups know what they are planning for tonightParaDime77 wrote:Apparently he was spotted at the Memphis airport this morning. I'm thinking they were having mic issues. I also think he comes out and interferes in this match.kylel wrote:Well that was fuckin lame.
Yeah, I think there was a subtle genius to that. It's leading to something interesting with Punk I'm sure.NickasInSaltLick wrote:That was pretty solid actually, he went from face to heel without even saying a word. That whole crowd got trolled.
I agree with most of what you are saying, however, WWE has given Jericho that sort of free reign with his "character" and his promos. I venture to say next week will be the start of something really great from him and it will include CM Punk and his sort of "ripping off" Jericho's gimmick while he was gone.TRUTHABOUTCONCERTS wrote:I for one thought that was a horrible first Raw of 2012 including the Jericho return
Anyone with half a brain can see the heel turn swerve coming a mile away
He way overstayed his return to the point of ridiculous awkwardness, if they weren't at least going to let him cut a bullshit babyface promo ala Raw is Jericho then they should have just had him come out with his arms raised and back to the crowd stand there for 60 seconds and then just walk off
at least it would have kept most of the marks wondering which Jericho was returning
Just look at how much talent they have lost just in the last 5-6 years for one reason or another:TRUTHABOUTCONCERTS wrote:wow after going to wwe.com and looking at the rosters wow what dogshit for the most part both raw and smackdown are
way too many mid carders and not nearly enough top tier talent to elevate the mid carders
wwe needs a whole lot more help then just jericho to help out this turd of a line up now i realize why the programming has been such a steaming pile of shit for the last year
Not to sound like a fanboy nutswinger, but Heyman may be the biggest loss on that list. His main talent was working with guys to find what worked for them character-wise. He had hits and misses like anyone else, but I think he'd have been able to build more interesting characters than Vince's collection of soap opera and sitcom writers have.silent_eyes wrote: Just look at how much talent they have lost just in the last 5-6 years for one reason or another:
Shawn Michaels
Eddie Guerrero
Chris Benoit
Kurt Angle
Batista
Hulk Hogan
Ric Flair
Paul Heyman
Eric Bischoff
Jeff Hardy
Matt Hardy
Rob Van Dam
Edge
Mr. Kennedy
MVP
Bobby Lashley
Umaga
JBL
John Morrison
The entire original ECW roster
That's just off the top of my head, but I'm sure there's more. No wonder they have no one to put talent over. That's what made me so glad when Nash and Booker T came back, the E Needs guys like them more than anyone realizes.
What if his gimmick is that CM Punk "stole his voice" - that he's lost his impact with the fans? And his "mouthpiece" (whomever "she" is...I think Stephanie...) will do the talking for him. The jacket will be the way he shows "emotion" - stupid as hell, but we had a laptop run the show for a year.ParaDime77 wrote:I agree with most of what you are saying, however, WWE has given Jericho that sort of free reign with his "character" and his promos. What if "she" is Vickie Guerrero, who brought Jericho in to take out Punk so that Ziggler could take the belt?
Then again, neither was Jericho's return last night. I'm REALLY hoping that next week explains it.TRUTHABOUTCONCERTS wrote:none of this is even remotely compelling
It was definitely... different. But I know good & well that there's WAY more to this whole story. Just glad to see him back. He looks to be in the best shape of his life too.Captain Morgan wrote:Then again, neither was Jericho's return last night.
