Agreed, Portugal played well. Holland was shite all tournament, time to change the lineup. Horrible defending and no team chemistry.

Fucking Italy, man. If they make it to the semis, I don't think I'll have the guts to watch. Why didn't Croatia get that penalty? WHY?!?

Yeah, it was a goal for Ukraine. Sweden improved too late. France goes against Spain and England vs. Italy next.

Portugal over the Czechs
- The Portuguese are on fire right now

Germany over Greece
- There really isn't any other choice.

Spain over France
- The French don't really have scorers

Italy over England
- Woy has done good, but it's not enough against Crazy Mario. Except if the refs decide once again to help the English team.

Portugal will win. Greece will park the bus, but it probably won't help. Spain will grind a result, France has been mediocre. Italy vs. England can go either way. I'm hoping England.

Seems to me it's going to be Spain vs Germany in the finals. You can never count Italy or France out but come on.

Lucky England so far. Apart from a 10 minute spell in the first half, it's been all Italy who have missed a hat full.

Italy is deliberately waiting to score until the last minute of extra time, just to piss everybody off.

I'm taking their win for granted. The only hope would be a red card for the guinigger so he's barred from the next game.

I noticed you always do this shit, every two years is this pre-game crying "aw we gonna lose" or sometimes "aw we suck and they play so good football"...EVERY FUCKING CUP you cry like a little bitch.
Then the match comes and BAM 3-2 home we go.
FUCK YOU white boy I hope those guineas do beat your ass, at least they have good hair styles.

Pretty sure I never cried before facing Portugal. If Ronaldo has a run in his stocking the whole team is useless. When it comes to Italy, though, our country collectively shits its pants.

Ashley Young has been shite through the whole tourney. England was dreadful today and they were not very good in the first three games. Would have been total injustice if they went through on Pens.

Please let us know. I looked around the british tabloids online and the political correctness in unbelievable to me. I know that every time England lose a shootout, the players who miss their penalty kicks are blamed. But this time you have to black players to blame. So what does the british media do this time? To me it looks like they blame Joe Hart....why?

I don't live there, fulldjacket, so can't really comment. I think Hart has taken some heat for his antics in the shootout because they didn't pay off. Thems the breaks. England were awful and deserved to crash out.

Instead of taking Welbeck off, I think Young should have gone off. England doesn't have a lot of choice on the left, but Young was terrible all match, and like jellyhead said, the whole tournament. Rooney was shite too.

I don't know about English media, but everybody else is just being like "Oh yeah, Brits, penalties . . . big surprise". The ridicule comes in because Joe Hart was bragging beforehand about how he's looking forward to a shootout.

On a personal note, he was a total jackass trying to intimidate or whatthefuckever the players while acting like a toddler who refuses to go potty before each penalty.

Yeah, despite playing for City, I always liked Hart because he's a decent keeper, seems a good lad and isn't a foreign mercenary like most of city's squad. But his antics made him look a bit of a prick, and apart from the one miss, he got owned by the Italian peno takers.

Here's hoping Portugal somehow manages to make a lucky early goal. Otherwise it will probably become a boring-ass overtime game with Spain dominating. I hate to say it in mullet's presence, but I'm rooting for his filthy tribe today. They got better with each game and surprised me overall.

Fuck, boring Spain in the final again. Ronnie's getting a bunch of shit all over for not taking a pen, but it might not have been up to him. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

Hope Germany beat the Eyeties tomorrow. I've not said this since the 86 World cup final, but I hope Germany win it.

The fuck did I say? I knew this was going to happen, and it was no SLD pre-game crying faggot ass bullshit, I'm a nostradamus when it comes to this shit. Better, I'm a fucking Platini making predictions.
No one's worse than us in penaltys (except England, of course).
Germany-Spain in the finals, the spaniards have better hairstyles but will it be enough to overcome blitzkrieg efficiency?

So after all the hullabaloo England were awful as per usual.

Germany will win tomorrow and then Spain will beat them in the final. I'm so fed up of Spain and their tika tak or whatever the fuck you call it play. Made even worse by every English commentator and pundit jizzing their pants when a Spanish player touches the ball.

Fuck Spain and fuck this tournament (Unless Germany win).

I don't see Spain beating either Italy or Germany as of now.

Media started calling it "Tiki-Tacatennacio" here. Kind of fitting, and would make Italy beating it almost acceptable.
