According to Bruce Levine from ESPN Chicago, the Dodgers made an offer for Dempster. However, according to Buster Olney, the Cubs & Dodgers aren't on common ground because the Dodgers aren't making their top-level pitching prospects (ie. Zack Lee).

Hopefully the Tigers make an offer that includes Nick Castellanos...

I think it's safe to say my team sucks worse than yours. Rare bad outing from Buehrle, still love that guy. By far the best off season acquisition.
