WWE officials have offered Brock Lesnar a new contract. They want him locked in for another year before WrestleMania. It's believed the new deal is similar to the deal he signed last year - several million dollars, a few major pay-per-view events and the TV shows building up to those events.

Lesnar has not signed the deal and probably won't sign any time soon because that's how he operates, likely negotiating until the end. Some within WWE are under the impression that he's in the creative plans for after WrestleMania 29.

Regarding a potential Lesnar vs. The Undertaker match, a source noted that Taker is really hurting bad and since Lesnar works a very physical style, officials are very leery of ever doing that match.

I don't really dig him coming and going as he pleases. If he genuinely wants to keep coming back, he needs to stay for longer than one week at a time. By the time this contract runs out, he'll only have faced Cena and Triple H in the span of a year. IMO, it's just not worth paying him that much for so little in return. Sure, it's Brock freakin' Lesnar, but he's been severely tainted in my eyes during this last run. I just HATE the way they portrayed him. They made him look like a crybaby that will leave at the drop of a hat if he doesn't get his way.

I agree he hasn't been booked as well as he could have been but I'd rather have him around than not at all. I don't think he has earned a Taker-like schedule but he is still a big name/draw and Vince would be well served to keep him around.

I think he's getting paid a lot more than guys that are main eventing and working 300 days a year. That's the part that pisses me off. If you're going to get a top salary, you should work a schedule like the guys at the top of the card. At this point, a Legends-type contract is probably more than he's being offered anywhere else.

I've said it before and I'll say it again if he can't work 1 or 2 Raw's a month and at least let's say 8 out of the 12 PPV's then don't have him around.

Undertaker is a protected draw in the same sense that Andre The Giant was. A special attraction who throughout his tenure has done the work, headlined everything and toed the company line. Rest assure, when Mania comes around he delivers BIG TIME and the numbers say so.

I agree but the fact is his popularity from his first run in the WWE and from his UFC run and the fact that he was champion in both places also changes everything.

Vince is paying him like say a Mike Tyson or a celeberty because thats what he became after being UFC champion he has a name outside of the WWE and buzz which most of the wrestlers of today don't have besides the Rock.

Like the Rock the guy left WWE and was successful without wrestling I'm sure that speaks volumes when getting the kind of money he wants and schedule.It's not just some guy that retired for awhile or went to TNA.

Can't say for sure. But I know Rock ain't gonna mess up his movie star face with a blade. So the pack would've been his method of choice if he "wanted" blood. If not, he sold the unlucky poke pretty well, what with all the gooey drool and everything...

You didn't miss that much. It was just four British wrestlers (two guys and twin chicks) competing for a TNA contract. Just your typical reality format: girls being pretty, good guy hitting on them, bad guy mostly getting drunk trying to fight him. They were all pretty good in the ring, though.

I was getting ready to say damn you guys have to pay for Impact then I realized its on cable TV over here I'm so used to not counting that as pay TV and considering PPV as the shit you have to pay for.

Anyhows yea it sounds like the typical bullshit although on Impact I'm actually a fan of their Gut Check Challenge thingy there's some good wrestlers out there that are getting a chance to shine.
