Punters are important in today's game. They have a huge affect on field position, etc. If you have a punter that consistently has long and high punts, and pins opponents inside their 10 yard line, that's a huge asset. But hey, if it's so easy, why don't you go out there and try out to be a punter. You can earn a multi million dollar contract, and it shouldn't be that hard right?

P13 must be holed up in his parents basement coming to grips w/ Jeff Saturday's retirement ceremony as a Colt today! I was expecting post after post of how great it was, how great Saturday was, all the beautiful things Irsay had to say about him and all the things Irsay & Saturday said about the Colts being the greatest organization in the NFL!

I was just getting to that. It was phenomenal seeing Jeff coming back and retiring as a Colt. He's meant a lot to the organization, city, state, and community. Looking forward to his induction into the Ring of Honor soon.

One interesting quote from Jeff today was that his time in Green Bay with Rodgers showed him just how special Peyton Manning was.

Is there another RB in free agency or in the draft that is close to guarantied to be better? Bush came relatively cheap compared to what getting a top corner would cost, when they have the option to get one in the draft.

The name Reggie Bush may not strike fear in Defensive coaches hearts, but it is enough to make them think twice about daring the Lions to throw the ball.

I'm not going to go all mark my words on this, but the move (along with the signing of Quin and presumably a Corner in the first or 2nd round of the draft should put them in the playoff picture.
