Crazy Levi wrote:Machado- who is feeding you this retarded "Shanahan / rg3" feud angle? Seriously, where are you getting it?
I don't see it.
Last night was a disaster for the offense and you can't put it all on rg3. In fact if you look at his line, it's pretty much identical to your average romo performance.
Ill take a rusty rg3 over romo, who has lost every big game he's played in - in spectacular fashion. And you are stuck with him for years. Good luck with that.
A lot of drama happening over in DC.
RGIII vs Shanahan
I wonder when RGIII will resort to Twitter again to share his feelings with the followers
I'm shocked and disgusted that a Sludger would stoop to this level.
You'd think that with the Redskins' performance this week, Machado would be able to come up with some material that is actually based in reality?
I guess being a Cowboys fan turns one's brain to mush, unable to form coherent arguments or distinguish fantasy from reality. It's a shame - so many minds wasted.
Your humility and digust at how your team performed earned my respect, at least temporarily. Nobody should be bragging or despondent about week one. Unless you're a Jaguars fan, then you should possibly look into suicide.

In a way I was accusing the team of the same thing I'm guilty of - believing the hype.
After the disastrous 3-6 start last season, the wins just started to come easy for the Redskins. Finishing 10-6 and winning the East almost made me forget how awful the team has been for 15 years and how every win is a precious, beautiful thing.
Hope it was a wakeup call.
Of course there's the possibility the Eagles don't suck. I'm not willing to entertain that yet.

Funny you should say that...the NFC East also has a tough schedule, including the Packers, 49ers, and Broncos.
I am just hoping that J-ville sucks as bad as I have heard..
Otherwise, gonna be a long Monday morning for this Cowboys fan.
Great, before the schedule went out this year. I was happy then that possibly the Cowboys weren't going to have to face a team coached by Reid.. NOT SO... Fuck..
And, please, enough with the fucking "fast offense" by Chip Kelly's eagles.. Good grief..
Didn't we go through this shit before? Some will remember Steve Spurrier right? And his "awesome" offense?
Yeah, he had a great great first game in his first NFL coaching job. Got a win. Looked convincing.. Everybody , all the scumbag hack sports reporters.., were on this guy's jock.
What happened after?
The rest of the season and I think 2 years later or so. Spurrier was out of the NFL..
He had a "new, exciting, great offense" too.. Fuck all that.

I don't think they will suck bad enough to get a high pick. But he will suck bad enough to fuck us out of the playoffs. Barring a fucking miracle.

It's tough enough that I am paying attention to who the top candidates for NFL head coaching positions are this year.
Oh you maybe right, when you said Green Bay won't repeat this year. I don't know what the stats are, but if Green Bay loses to the Redskins this week I see the division being wide open.

Just one example of the drama: http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/robe ... ins-081213
“I don’t like it. I don’t understand all of it,” Griffin said of the coaching staff’s cautious approach to his return from a major knee injury. “But (Shanahan) gave me his word. ... When you give your word to somebody that’s all they have so I’m just banking that they will stay true to their word and I’m staying true to mine. I’m doing everything they ask me to do without any gripes.”
Right now, Griffin comes across like a kid in love with drama and running his mouth. He wants to be the lead story on SportsCenter more than he wants to build a relationship of trust with his head coach.
Crazy Levi wrote:That shit is from a month ago you fucking moron. And it's all bullshit.
A guess an idiot like you would think that this points to "all the drama" going on "right now" in DC.
I might as well post an article about the Gary Hogeboom / Danny White controversy as an example of "all the drama going on in Dallas" right now.
But hey "take it easy."
All I did was post some info that you requested to see. Suddenly the articles from 1 month ago are obsolete.
How convenient for you.
Did you notice the 'drama" the last week of August when
RGIII felt compelled to tweet about being cleared to play, only to have
Shanahan put off the official announcement
Machado, it's nice to see you've adopted the that has proven such a success for the likes of Neversurrender. Nothing punctuates an argument that literally not ONE person in the rest of the world agrees with better than that.
There is nobody but you who is barking up this "RG3 vs. Shanahan" tree. Anywhere.

But keep on trying
Levi
Believe what you want. You asked for some background info on the subject.
I provided several examples.
You replied with references to former Dallas QB's that are not relevant
to the conversation or topic.
The way you deflect, maybe you should try out for DB for you local semi-pro flag football league
Month old drama could be relevant in a lot of cases, but an article about RG3 being upset that his coach wouldn't play him in preseason doesnt seem all that relevant now that he is playing. That's some serious stretching in Machadoland.
NeverSurrender wrote:I don't doubt RGIII and Ratahan hate each other, but I wish Machado would stfu up about it.
I'm going to let the results on the field do the talking.
Levi made his feelings for RGIII well known in 2012.
Levi's expectations for the team was at an all-time high, but RGIII showed his rust and his team was destroyed in week 1.
Sign of things to come?
Depends on who you ask
The relationship between QB and head coach certainly is not helping matters

Got a feel for what you're expecting at Arrowhead on Sunday yet? I have a feeling Romo is going to have a long day, if he even finishes the game at all. The Chiefs pass rush is for real.
I think it might be more accurate to say that his team was destroyed in the first half last week. They mounted a pretty impressive comeback. Meanwhile, the Giants played their worst game , giving away 6 turnovers and your boys still had to hold on by their fingernails to get the W. I don't think I'd get too comfortable if I was you. It's a long year.

I know nothing about KC. Haven't read up on them yet. Was planning on doing so today and tomorrow.
A strong pass rush vs the Dallas O-Line is not a good match up for the Cowboys.
Establishing the running game might go a long way to protecting Romo and keeping that pass rush at the line of scrimmage.
How is the KC Offense?
Difficult to measure how well KC is because Jax is the worst team in football.
This should be Machado's concern, not some month-old non-drama that has absolutely no relevance to the current goings on in DC/Landover.
Can Romo rebound from the INT-itis that has infected his play in big games since...oh, the dawn of history?
Will a Dallas seasonn end with anything other than a scowling Romo berating his line and WR core in between humiliating and predictable game-ending INTs?
These are the issues that provide high drama down in Arlington, TX.
It's nice to see Machado FINALLY get some bluster. I tried talking shit with him the week the Redskins ended the Cowboy's season, and he could muster was "we'll see."
But his team squeaking out a win with an opponent who turned the ball over 6 times wouldn't exactly fill me with confidence.
Which is probably why Machado would rather talk about the Redskins than the Cowboys.
