Looked like neither team wanted a win. :P

Just like 9 out of 10 games this season. I've never seen anything like it, and I've been watching the NFL since 1978.

I don't blame the Browns for going all-in on that #1 pick like Indy did. Fact of the matter it's really not a bad move for a franchise going forward.

A lot more fans wish their teams would tank in that style. I know I wish RG3 didn't cost the Skins three #1 draft picks.
I'm a little late to the party, but Levi I couldn't disagree with you more. It's pretty much assumed the Colts really did suck for Luck. If this is becoming the new trend then It's worse for the game than the Saint's bounty gate scandal. Anyone found guilty of it should be barred for life.

Besides the fact that it's pure stupidity if that's the goal. Matt Stafford, Sam Bradford and Cam Newton are all good QB's but haven't exactly changed their teams futures over night.

But hey with the Jaguars looking horrible this year it won't hurt my feelings any if one of them has to go 0-16 to get the number one pick. That shit follows a team around for life. Like no matter how hot women you have slept with, your friends will always remind you of the one time you fucked a fat chick.

They weren't handed anything. The Chiefs handed the Eagles ass to them. They are averaging about 3 sacks a game. Justin Houston had what, like 4 sacks by himself last night? And chew on this, the Chiefs have 0 turnovers so far. Not in one game. 0 turnovers for the season. They're taking the ball away, protecting the ball when they have it, and getting to the opposing QB often. It's a sure-fire recipe for success.

Dude, you are setting yourself up for a huge disappointment.

I'm sorry, but the Chiefs are not a playoff team.

The Chiefs are a playoff team, just not one that will make it out of the first round, second round at most.

The Pats, Texans, Ravens, and Steelers are all down. Other than the Broncos, there are no elite teams in the AFC. I'd say it's pretty wide open.

I'm a Chiefs fan. I'm used to disappointment. You can rain on the parade all you like, but I'm excited right now. And as someone else correctly pointed out, the AFC is pretty wide open. We'll see what happens with the Broncos.

The Eagles are a terrible team now all of a sudden?

The general consensus is that the NFC East is the worst in football.

The Chiefs get to play all of those teams.

So does everyone else in their division.

You can be excited all you like but I don't see how you come away from last night's game thinking playoffs.

SOMEONE had to win that shitshow last night - it just so happened it was the Chiefs.

You should be excited. A 3-0 start to the season is impressive.

They (Chiefs) were up 10-0 with -6 yards after their first offensive series.
5 Eagles' turnovers and The Chiefs STILL couldn't put 'em away until that final sustained drive.

I know how you feel my team(MIA) is 2-0 and been bad for a long time , beat one bad team and one good team, they'll really be tested this week when they play ATL, I don't see them winning, not sold on their running game but their D is pretty good.

To make matters worse, Vick was injured late in the game vs Chiefs.

I didn't see the game. Just reading about the news
Of course Vick was injured. The guy is fragile, but his head coach wants to run the read option and expose his fragile QB. That makes sense.

Again, everyone is so focused on offense and QB play nowadays. Fantasy football culture or whatever the fuck else. I don't give a shit that the Chiefs offense is pedestrian or vanilla or ineffective if you like. They're winning the games, and their defense kicks ass. They weren't handed that game. They fucking won it.

There is also a HUGE debate here regarding if your favorite team defeats
a team that is very good and poor.
Who the fuck cares if the Chiefs defeated an 0-2 Eagles team or are playing
against the NFC East.
A win is a win, no matter who the opponent is.

I suppose McCoy will get his against pretty much everyone. I'm more concerned with the points allowed, which in 3 games is like 34 or something. 10 points allowed average per game. I'll take that. Sacking the QB consistently. I'll take that. Converting turnovers into points, they've had 2 pick sixes thus far, I'll take that. They can give up 500 yards of offense for all I care. If they aren't letting the other team score, that's what counts.

Chiefs could be a wild card team, but barring catastrophic injury, there is absolutely zero chance they win the division. Still, they're vastly improved.

I take great pleasure in every time Vick gets sacked, or has to leave the
game because of an injury.
Translation- Fuck that Guy!!

The dog pictured was Vick's main fighting dog.
Because of his rep & court order he had to spend the rest of his days at
a dog sanctuary. He showed nothing but love to the people
that came to visit or work at the sanctuary.
He lived to the ripe age of 13.

Yep. This is the first season since he's been in Philly that I actually started watching and rooting for The Eagles again...despite Vick still being here. That being said, fuck him. I hope he gets his neck broken.

I'm with you. The Patriots have been notorious for giving up a lot of yards and not a huge amount of points for several years. It's not fun for trying to stave off wrinkles or gray hair though.

Geeze,, give the Chiefs fan a break and some room to celebrate.. They won all of what ? 2 games last season?

And, this year, 3-0?

Hell yah,, Celebrate Chief fans, celebrate your asses off and fuck the naysayers.

Here's to hoping that Washington and NYG lose as well this weekend. Along with the sorry ass steelers too, fuck them.

Good for them, and good for him, but c'mon, does anybody in their right mind really think they're going to take the division from Denver? The AFC is pretty much wide open this year, so they have as good a shot as anybody at a wildcard, but the division? Nah.

All of a sudden?
They were 8-8 in 2011, 4-12 last year, and this year they'd beaten a disappointing Redskins team and lost to the Chargers.

So no, not 'all of a sudden'.
