Glad to see the Steelers get a win while the Panthers spanked then Vikings putting them alone in the basement.

Cause I'm not gonna be able to do it anytime soon if I wait for an actual win.

Guess Robert should go feed his sorry ass some more Subway sandwiches..
Another "messiah" his rook year ala Newton. Only to be brought down to earth in his second season..

Re: The NFL Thread
Crazy to think the Chiefs AND Broncos are undefeated.
When would be the last time the last two undefeated teams were in the same division?
AFC West is 16-7 going into Monday Night Football.
NFC East is 7-16
As for MNF, here's hoping Rivers throws another 400... Without the three INTS.
Nothing sucks more than losing to the Raiders.

And I wanna get ahead start for next week so this one is for all the Eagles fans in here, you guys are fuckin classy!
And hold off on comparing RG3 to Cam Fuckin Newton let's see where things go from here before you start hanging that hat on him.
Did ya guys see the Saints/Patriots game that was a damn good one right down to the wire.

What hat is that, exactly? Newton's numbers in his second season were pretty much the same as his first.eddie lee roth wrote: And hold off on comparing RG3 to Cam Fuckin Newton let's see where things go from here before you start hanging that hat on him.

Re: The NFL Thread
I was referring to Bludegeon's post where he was talking like RG3 isn't a good team leader... At least that's the way I read it I could have misunderstood what he was trying to say but I still say there's alot of football to go still.

Well, you read it completely wrong. Nothing to do with his leadership skills. Definately his team and that is about it.
He is a player for a team that I truly despise and will never ever get a fair deal with me , no matter what.
What I am sick of is the stupid ass analysts and fans that crown these guys the second coming in their rook year, then to watch them not play as well in their second year..Or third, I guess, in Cam's case.. They boost these fucks up so high it is stupid.. Only to watch them fall down to reality. Which is great.
That said.. Fuck Griffin, fuck the skins.... I get to gloat on this for today and then it's on to praying somehow that Cowboys can beat the sorry ass eagles. Which, with Dallas attempting to win 2 straight?
Oh fuck good lord,

The cowboys aren't going anywhere.
They may manage to rise to the top of the shitty NFC east with a little luck, but every team will be locking their chops to face them in the playoffs.
Fuck the Cowboys. They suck and come the end of the season the results will be the same as always.

WAKE UP!!!!Crazy Levi wrote: You'll be saying that shit when I'm taunting you Sunday night.
Special teams made all the difference. I heard from several experts before and after the game who mentioned the Skins special teams
is inferior. I think the experts were correct.
No running game last night but Romo still did enough to make plays, get the ball out and find a receiver when needed. Murray needs to get back in the line-up. His injury is probably more damaging compared to Ware's injury.
RG 1-4 showed some signs of improvement. He had some flashes here and there.
All that being said, RG 1-4 still made plenty of mistakes in the game.

How did the Saints DB let a WR get behind him on that play? No excuse.doctordestructo wrote:The agony of defeat:

While I love that the Patriots won and let out a fairly reserved "Holy Fuck!" on that last play, Patriots radio announcer Scott Zolak was screaming about show ponies, unicorns and Where's the beef.

I know as a 49ers fan, I hope they get the Cowboys. the 49ers won't have to worry about getting a first round bye, if they get lucky enough to face them in the wildcard round.

Re: The NFL Thread
Why do you have to give up and quit watching just because your team stinks?
Hell I love the NFL don't matter to me if the Steelers suck this year I'm still going to watch.
There's always at least one or two good matchups every week and I love to cheer for everybody that plays against the Cowboys.

I never give up watching, but I'll admit once the season is mathematically over for the Skins I stop going out of my way to watch the games - if something better comes up on a Sunday I'll take it.eddie lee roth wrote:Why do you have to give up and quit watching just because your team stinks?

It is putting a damper on my enthusiasm though...was thinking of going to the Bears/Skins game next week but I can't bother with that bullshit to see these underachieving assholes.
