Fucking seriously, I can't think of any team that would even want to cross the pond to play a game let alone a fucking divisional game twice a year. The traveling part of football sucks for teams but..........ENGLAND? They have always bitched about the East to West coast swings, now lets add London into the mix. You could do it, schedule that shit around bye weeks and upper east games but it's still a foolish idea.

Personally I'm not even a big fan of the international played games but whatever, play one and out but fuck putting a team over there.

Revis ain't what he used to be.

Well, he was in his own category pre-injury. There is this myth that he had a big drop-off in 2013, which is wrong. There are several analyses looking at his snaps and performance in Tampa Bay and he was in the top 2 in virtually every category.

The real issue in Tampa was that, for reasons that completely elude me, Schiano decided to put Revis in a fair amount of zone coverage, particularly as the year went on -- which is like using a Ferrari only to commute in bumper-to-bumper traffic. The defensive scheme made no sense and Revis was less effective.

Belichick will not make the bonehead move. He will use Revis as he did Talib, and put him on man-to-man on the best receiver/ TE. Talib mostly did great with that last year, and it completely transformed the Patriots' pass defense because it allowed their safety coverage to role over and help the other corners.

Revis will be better than Talib. Revis is still a top-2 corner -- really only Sherman is in his league, and Sherman sticks to one side, not the best receiver all the time.

Great move by Belichick. I admire the Broncos' aggression given Peyton's window, but they are overpaying. Patriots will be in better cap situation and will continue to have a longer, deeper run than the Broncos.

Yeah, the instincts to get Talib and Ware and Ward are solid and good moves. But the money paid to Talib and Ware is getting Snyder-esque.

Barring insane injuries, Denver is probably the AFC team to beat still, but there is going to be a coming-to-jesus moment on the cap issues, unless the cap radically expands in the next 3-4 years.

Yup, he's been misplayed and out of position. Belichick will put him back to bump n run and if he's healthy it will turn out to be a great move. Now if the pat's can fill the rosters with WR's. They could dump the core and start over but whatever they do they need to fill that position.

His 11 sacks last season are more than the Skins d-line had COMBINED. This add not only addresses a huge problem for the Skins - lack of pass rush - but will improve the secondary by bringing a push up front that simply wasn't there before.

This move strengthens the Skins considerably, while weakening a division rival. WIN!

I don't know about "fine." Their run defense really deteriorated. Wilfork is not an easily replaceable player, assuming he can regain strength from the injury.

Sure, they made it to the AFC Championship, which, of course, is great, but they had some MIRACLE comebacks and won many games they should have lost -- virtually every game was a sweat. The absence of Wilfork was definitely noticeable.

I don't know enough about Sanders to know whether he would be a good fit or not.

Yeah, I am impressed with what Lovie has done so far with that team, at least defensively. It's a win-win for both teams, well, at least in terms of what Lovie had to deal with -- it was a TERRIBLE trade for Tampa the year before.
