Truthfully, if RGknee was starting this week I'd be throwing a lot of shit your way. However, Cousins worries me. I think I would bet the over on the game.
A lot of shit talking from the Eagles fan. I guess 2-0 is a big deal when you've never won a Super Bowl but around here we temper our expectations.

I don't know if we are better off with Cousins or not, guess we'll find out. The good news is the Skins defense isn't anywhere near as atrocious as it's been in the past few years so you might find things a bit tougher.

Even Mc fucking Nabb managed to get a win in his return to Philly, so I got a good feeling that DeSean will be throwing gang signs all over the place on Sunday.

You think that's a lot of shit talking? You must hang out with some pretty gentle people if that rustles your jimmies.

I'd take the under and also put money on the number of beers that get thrown at him. Is he healthy enough to play?

According to LeSean McCoy he is. Fuckers are a little too chummy for my tastes.

------

I don’t think anyone had much doubt that DeSean Jackson would be on the field Sunday in Philadelphia, sprained AC joint or no sprained AC joint.

“I mean, it’s still early, but you know, I say day-to-day,” Jackson said after the game. “Where I feel now, the pain has eased up a little bit. I look forward to coming back next week and playing.”

He was more definitive Monday, according to ex-teammate LeSean McCoy. The Eagles running back told Philadelphia’s WIP that he talked with Jackson on Monday, and the wide receiver left no doubt.

“I actually t alked to him today,” McCoy said Monday evening. “[He was] just talking about he seen the game last night and we looked good. A little bit of this and that.”

And did Jackson discuss his injury?

“He’s playing,” McCoy said. “He said he’s definitely playing. That’s the first thing he texted, he said ‘I’m playing.’ ”

McCoy said the Eagles have no animosity toward their ex-teammates, but Jackson is probably looking to get revenge on the Eagles organization. He also said he thinks Jackson misses being in Philly.

“Yeah. I do, I do,” McCoy said. “Who wouldn’t?…It’s like the small things, the places you may hang out, when you lose some tough games where do you go in the city?…There’s just so much. When you ask does he really miss it? Yeah, I think he misses it, because I would.”

But, against all odds, McCoy suggested that Philadelphia fans will not boo Jackson upon his return.

“I’m sure the crowds will cheer him on,” McCoy said. “I don’t think they’ll boo him….Hey, they didn’t boo McNabb. They didn’t boo McNabb. It’s tough. I don’t think they will boo him, but I think he’ll come out trying to play hard.”

Levi-You recycle the same crap season after season. Now you declare it is far too early for any 2-0 team to enjoy getting off to a fine start. SFU!!!!
Have fun trading in that RGIII jersey and swag you own for spare pinball parts in the near future.

I think Washingtons defense may have a good year. But they are fixing to get into the meat and potatoes of their schedule. The first 2 games were against teams with terrible offenses.
I wouldn't put those 2 games down as something to brag about, and I sure as he'll wouldn't get my hopes up.

Eagles this week. If the defense can play well against Phili then they may be legit.
Giants - Redskins should crush that new offensive scheme that Eli is having issues with.
Seattle - If the Redskins can hold against them, then they have a really impressive defense.

I look forward to seeing what Cousins can do, looks like he breathed some new life in the offense.

Arizona Cardinals Running Back Arrested On Aggravated Assault Charges

AZ Cardinals RB Jonathan Dwyer arrested for domestic violence. Charges: -aggravated assault -preventing someone from calling 911

Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer was arrested Wednesday on aggravated assault charges in connection with two altercations at his home in July involving a woman and an 18-month-old child, the latest in a string of such cases involving NFL players.
One of the counts was "aggravated assault causing a fracture" against the 27-year-old victim on July 21.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Greg Hardy case is heating up, can you say deactivated!....Like 6 months later? Sweep..Rug...Should have got a bigger rug.
I like his list of guns tho!

PHOTO: Here is the list of guns Greg Hardy turned in to police

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-foo ... nto-police

Greg Hardy, convicted of domestic abuse in July, deactivated by Carolina Panthers, Greg Hardy to be placed NFL's exempt list.

Hardy, a former Ole Miss star, was convicted in July after his May arrest on charges of assault and communicating threats against his former girlfriend. Nicole Holder accused him of throwing her down on a couch and threatening to shoot her if she told anyone

Hardy, Holder said, flung her from the bed, threw her into a bathtub, then tossed her on a couch covered in guns.. Holder said Hardy ripped a necklace he had given her off her neck, threw it into a toilet and slammed the lid on her arm when she tried to fish it out.

The 6-foot-4, 265-pound Hardy dragged her by the hair room to room, she said, before putting his hands around her throat.

“He looked me in my eyes and he told me he was going to kill me,” said Holder, 24, who said she used to live with Hardy.

“I was so scared I wanted to die. When he loosened his grip slightly, I said, ‘Just do it. Kill me.’ ”

Later, as Holder said she was held by her former boyfriend’s personal assistant, she said Hardy made the 911 call, showed her the phone, and said, “Run, little girl. You’re going to jail.”

Remember that KC Chief who killed his girlfriend, drove to Arrowhead, and shot himself?

That story disappeared pretty quick...you'd think the families would have sued the NFL - they settle that shit quickly and quietly?

Completely forgot about that KC girlfriend murder suicide.
The NFL has a fucking street sweeper for all this shit. I totally forgot about Hardy till they just tagged him.....With fucking pay.

And with all the Networks kissing the NFL's ass, who's going to light a fire under these story's? Well it's blown up in their face now and I want to see Rodger Goodell and the NFL on fire.
With their new drug policy, the way they hide abuse cases, how players can get away with DUI's and run wild including softening up the game I hope it all burns down.

It seems as if a lot of the announcers while criticising the NFL or Roger Goodell specifically they seem to be using a governor on how far they'll go with their criticising but if you catch Keth Olberman's show he's been ripping Goodell a well deserved new one.

This clip right here is excellent he not only exposes the B.S. behind the Ray Rice video he goes all the way back to the Patriots spygate and the Saints bounty gate as well as baseball's handling of Rose and A-Rod to explain how full of shit Goodell is.

Check it out it it's pretty entertaining to listen to the way he breaks it down.

The media, particularly the PFTs and TMZ 's out there seem to be doing their best to do that right now. There was a story on PFT yesterday regarding the NFL's handling of a domestic case from 7 years ago. It's since been pulled down. I'm guessing Florio caught a little too much flack for trying to throw more gas on this dumpster fire.

That story already happened to the Houston Oilers.
One of the offensive linemen was riding in his convertible here in Houston.
He entered the 59 North Elevated exit off of 610 hauling ass.
The car ran into the wall. His boyfriend was thrown from the car flew from the overpass (which is pretty fucking high) and landed on the hiway below killing him.

The player walked back to the car opened the trunk , took out a shotgun and blew his own fucking head off.

 Wow I don't remember any of that for some odd reason, you'd think that story would be pretty easy to remember.

Speaking of the Houston Oilers I have a mint condition ball cap from their first season in TN. it's got the same old oil rig design but it says Tennessee Oilers instead.

I think the Texans should of got the Oilers name just like Cleveland keeping the Browns name after the original franchise moved to Baltimore.

What was the story behind that was that one last final fuck you from Bud Adams to Houston?

Bud Adams was a motherfucker. He was selling out the Astrodome every fucking weekend.
He wanted a larger percentage of the luxury boxes and concessions.
Then he wanted a new stadium on the backs of the fans. At the time Houston was in a serious recession due to the price of Oil being around $12.00 a barrel. He failed to understand that the taxpayers here could not afford it at time. So he acted like a winy bitch and moved the team.

Fuck that old bastard.

Couldn't agree more. Bud Adams was an asshole. Personally, I'm glad the Texans aren't called the Oilers. Who wants that legacy? The Texans don't get to claim Earl, Bum and luv ya blue, but they've never given up a 32 point playoff lead to Buffalo either.

FUCK YA! XFL BABY! Concussion, what concussion. If you can stand you can play. With McMahon you can snort coke, kill a woman and still play. Vince would open the flood gates, he'd be giving Line Backers folding chairs to tackle RB's with.

Here's an article on the '93 Oilers that discusses Alm's suicide. It also metions that there were a few gay players on the team, but no one names names, including Alm's.

Cool article. I remember the gay rumors, but it was always about Ernest Givens and Haywood Jeffries. I actually had a conversation with Bubba McDowell about a month ago. My kid was in a football camp and Bubba was coaching him. He was awesome. I didn't ask him which of his team mates were gay though.

Great clip but what's more laughable is all the comments from people saying Goodell was one best commissioners and just made one mistake and other idiots sticking up for Ray. People are monkey's, the evolutionary chart is going backwards.

*Edit

What I meant by media control, the major networks are tied to the NFL so the average watchers and the masses get the watered down version. There's only so much reality those channels will report while the more involved fans get to see the light......Or more of it. We'll always be in the dark.

Roger Goodell is a criminal and he allows player criminals to get away with crimes. How much does Goodell make or worth? My dream is seeing him in a lawsuit that drains his account dry....Even better to see him behind bars. Along with Adrian Peterson.

Goodell made $44M last year

How do you like them apples?

You figure with that kind of money he could have outbid
TMZ for the Ray Rice elevator video.
