Whats going to be awesome, or a nightmare, depending on how you feel about the Buckeyes, is this...what if ALL 3 quarterbacks decide to stay at Ohio State, and Meyer elects to rotate them in and out?? What a fucking nightmare for defenses everywhere...
I think Braxton Miller will either transfer or go to the Draft...he stands no chance really at the starting gig ow that he has 2 guys to fight. JT Barrett will stay, and I think he and Cardale Jones will actually rotate in the line-up...
No matter who the Bucks start, they are in the cat-bird seat for next season...they will still be loaded on both sides of the ball, and have a decent chance to be there again next year in the play-offs...

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think Braxton Miller can transfer this year and immediately play because he will have graduated early.
Not sure if I have him mixed up with another college QB. But if the rule is so and Miller can do such a thing, you will not see these 3 on the same team(unless an injury occurs).

Not sure exactly what the fuck you're talking about as both myself and BodyBagz, the two SEC "honks" have been pretty involved in this thread. Although I'm not sure why the SEC folks would have much of an opinion over OSU beating Oregon in the first place.

Miller indeed is eligible to transfer and immediately play....rumor there for awhile was he would go to Oregon if Mariotta elected to leave early...

Enough of this talk about last season. Let's talk about what's real important here and the fact that OU has a new O-C.
For reals though I heard Braxton could end up here too. And congrats to Jones staying for another year. What a trip of a way for them to end the season.
I'm a Steelers fan also and him being as big as he is reminds me of Big Ben which should make teams very interested in his services.
Even if he didn't stay to say he wouldn't be drafted is dumb. I could see him going anywhere from the 2nd to 4th if he came out today.
Son_of_Sam_I_Am wrote:Once again, you two idiots are left eating crow.
He's returning to OSU.
You are absolutely fucking delusional.
No one said he was going anywhere.
Your post about undrafted free agent made it sound like that was how you were leaning.
This played out VERY clearly.
I had earlier said a Facebook friend said he should go pro and I said that it was a stupid idea. Machado's post was suggesting that the "life changing decision" almost sounded like he was declaring...to which he said, "RIDICULOUS!!!"
My follow up comment is that if he does enter the draft, that he's going to end up undrafted.
Son_Of_Sam_I_Am is just so Hell-bent on being a douche that he's completely making shit up. Dude's completely off his rocker.

Yeah, who would have thought that having THREE quarterbacks step up and lead you to a national championship? And it seemed that they got better as they went on. But that blessing has turned into a complete nightmare for them now.
Unless one of the 3 get seriously injured before Spring practice, no chance all 3 of them return.
Miller has the easiest road out of town. He can transfer and play righ away. That is a win/win for him. Or if he has faith in himself he can stay at OSU and win the #1 job. I say if he does do that and the other 2 stay on the team, maybe Jones gets a redshirt. Unless he already has one.
Either way no chance all 3 stay for next season. Someone has to go.Jones just forced Miller's hand with his announcement to stay today.
Gonna be fun to watch. You have to think that Jones is the guy to beat but if I'm Miller, I'm sitting back saying, "OH HELL NO! I'm not letting some punk-ass third stringer come in and take my job!" He certainly has the easiest option to transfer but I can't help but it's in his best interest to dig in and fight for what's rightfully his. And poor Barrett is the odd man out here.

Miller is a Senior but I'm assuming that he was able to get a redshirt since he got injured before the first game. Jones *was* a redshirt Sophomore this season and Barrett was a Freshman.
Early money says Braxton Miller goes elsewhere...he is able to walk on and play at any school who needs him...no reason for him to stay at OSU and be in a 3 way pissing contest. JT Barrett can still redshirt this next season, which will allow Cardale Jones to start, and if all goes well, Jones will go early to the draft in 2016, leaving Barrett his last year to be the starter.
IMO, Miller needs to be looking for a home away from Ohio. He really cant declare for the draft coming off such an injury, unless he is ok with going in the bottom brackets for a well reduced pay package and likely practice squad roster...he needs another solid year in college to remov the doubts from his injury. Same thing really for Barrett..except Barrett can ride out his time at Ohio State easily.

Michigan was in the mix when he was being recruited. That would go over well.

That's a bunch of B.S. that sorry bastard acted like he ran the cleanest program in all of div 1.
Well, to be fair, the NCAA should have never taken those wins to start with...they punished an entire program, players, coaches, staff and the like, for a crime they didnt commit. If you read all of the transcripts that have been provided, you get the picture that what Joe Paterno was told concerning Sandusky, wasnt exactly he same thing that was told to investigators.
Sandusky did the crimes, he should be the one to pay for them.

I didn't read all the transcripts that you mentioned but what exactly did Joe know about Sandusky and when did he know it?
And that's how it's always been with NCAA punishments the school can be reduced scholarships, vacated wins, etc. in whatever sport that happens to be involoved.
I can't have any sympathy for Paterno at all. He liked being known as "Mr. Cleanest Program In Football" when in reality the shit that happened with Penn State is far worse then what has happened with other schools football programs.
I don't exactly recall what they said Paterno knew and what he didn't know. But I will say this, if he had gotten the least bit of a hint that something like this was going on in his program, he should have made it the top priority as opposed to letting someone else handle it.
If I remember, everyone was passing the buck. It's a shame that the student athletes were punished for it but the university deserved everything it got.

That means Paterno is back to being major college football's winningest coach.

Kiffin remains at Alabama. Did he want to stay or did the NFL tell him nobody
wants him in the league? Safe to assume Kiffin kicked the tires to gauge interest.
Nice to see no NFL team thinks he is worthy of a job.

You've got that backasswards Matardo. Kiffin was approached by the 49ers for their vacant OC position. He turned it down. The reason there hasn't been any announcement until now is because he has been active on the recruiting trail.
