"Home Sweet Home" - 4/10

I'm not exactly sure what I watched.

The bad guy spoke 1 sentence the whole movie and I couldn't understand what he said.
Apparently it was pretty important to the story line because I'm not sure I understood the whole point of the movie.

I wanted to watch an hour or so last night and the rest this morning couldnt do it had to finish it till around 3am. Just a kick ass violent film 8.5/10

About corrupt Russian government during the Stalin era. Tom Hardy was good, but not much else was. Could have been better. Some people seem to like it though. It bombed at the office and critics hated it. But I had to see for myself.

Rock Ba-Casbah (2012) - 7/10. I usually despise war movies, but this is very different from the Hollywood formula. It's about a bunch of Israeli soldiers in Gaza in 1989, without much of a plot, but very realistic and actually manages to come off rather unbiased, which is almost unheard of when it comes to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Alien Abduction 8/10 Another one of those "idiots holding the camera and filming the movie during the movie" kind of thing, but I really enjoyed this. About a typical boring white family going on a camping trip and running into aliens that want to abduct them. Duh. Had some really terrifying parts in it, and the aliens were creepy and downright evil. Also, I love movies that take place in the scary-ass woods and this one definitely delivered.

Give it a shot, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
