Fucking awful again from United today. I'll be amazed if Van Gaal survives for the Chelsea game. Spurs are currently leading which puts a gap to 4th place. Don't wait until it's too late, Woodward. Unless Pep has said he's coming and doesn't mind if United aren't in the CL next season.

Always nice to beat the Dippers on their own pitch, but United were still awful. Only 7 points off the top though which shows how close the league is this year.

Huge result for Leicester today. I really hope they do it. Funny how most (including myself) had them as relegation candidates!

Mourinho to Man Utd rumours are heating up.

Van Gaal has been a major disappointment. Hardly an improvement on Moyes at all. In fact, about on par, which I thought was impossible.

The amount of money that has been spunked away is ridiculous considering they can barely score. Short in so many positions. It sometimes feels like these big clubs spend just for the sake of spending. And Man Utd has been awful the last couple of seasons. Ed Woodward is the prime suspect. This guy doesn't seem to know his arse from his elbow. The Fellaini signing was dreadful. And not just because he isn't very good, but because they could have signed him for a lot less before his trading clause came into effect! Absolute panic buy.

Also Mata will probably be moved on if Mourinho comes along.

It's stupid that Van Gaal got rid of so many players. Now we play with many from the reserve team. Could have used Hernandez or Rafael this season. Oh well. Woodward is terrible also, no top player wants to come at the moment. I'm not against Mourinho, I would have preferred him to Moyes to start with.

In all fairness Rafael wasn't that great, and he did get rid of Nani so that is something good.

I would preferred Mourinho over Moyes to start with as well.

A minor positive for this season.

The Europa whateverthefuckitiscalled just got interesting with it being Man Utd vs. Liverpool.

Such dull play, and being so off the pace at the top has made this a dreadful season. If we win a trophy and finish top 4 it will be a success. Hell, if we finish 5th and win the Europa trophy then I will be happy! Never understood fans who don't care about winning a trophy. Sure, some trophies are obviously better than others, but a trophy is a trophy!

I know these are old but I added these to the John Oliver/Donald Drumpf thread and 'figgered' that some here might like re-living these classics

Oliver's attacks on FIFA are legendary in the soccer community.

After the American Department Of Justice arrested FIFA officials for corruption

Keeps his word when Sepp Blatter announced his resignation

He bought time on Trinidadian TV to attack Jack Warner who is fighting extradition to the USA

The sooner the better we're out the cup and can't get top 4. Then Van Gaal will get the sack. In comes Maureen and 250m spent in the summer. Happy days.

He really did wonders in Chelsky now didn't he?

As my "beloved" Magpies are getting relegated I'm all in for Leicester's championship. Sucks for Spurs fans as finally the team could've won the title and in comes some team which almost got relegated last season and takes the trophy.

Yep! Multiple trophies in both stints in charge!

This year it all fell apart, but he's still a good manager.

Spurs will be competing next year. I don't think Leicester will be. If they don't win this season, they never will. Tottenham do have a chance in future seasons.

I stand corrected. I was of course trying to be funny and sarcastic, but you are right. They won two trophies and Maureen is probably the only manager to get the job done in ManU. I remember when Van Gaal was rumored to be the next United manager people were in awe how good it would be but he hasn't been able to make a difference in Old Trafford. I wonder if Mourinho can either. It seems the club is still in trouble after Ferguson retired.

Good point about the Spurs and Leicester. If the Foxes don't win now, they won't win it next year. Just because now they will also have The UCL to worry about.

Putting a run of a few good seasons together is so hard for teams not in the top 3-4 in the country. Next year, everyone will adjust to your tactics, it's hard for players to motivate themselves for another long season, the expectations are higher with more pressure and your players will be poached by other teams. United and Chelsea will surely re group, get different managers in and spend money. The dippers have Klopp. Pep will be in at City. Can Leicester and Spurs compete for top names that will improve their squads? Will Kane and Ali still be at Spurs? What about Mahrez and Kante at Leicester?

Yeah, he has been no better than Moyes. Very disappointing.

Ed Woodward is a big problem as well. Guy is a clown.

Spurs will be good. They will be up there imo. Foxes I really doubt it.

In Spain Barcelona have melted totally in the last month and it's now up for grabs down there. The last games' results in the Premier League made the final weeks even more interesting.

Good, I'm fed up of hearing pundits jacking off to that team! Hope they lose la Liga to Athletico Madrid. I also hope Athletico win the Champions League.

Everton are an embarrassing football club. Hopefully United rape them on Saturday. Just heard Martinez defending Mori's tackle on Origi.

The 4 semi finalists for this FA Cup are arguably the weakest semi-finalists of all time!

Also, United vs. Everton. A semi final where both sets of fans want their manager sacked.

I'm hoping even if we win the F.A. Cup that LVG gets fired.
