Attorneys’ fees in the amount of $70,789.50 are awarded in favor of appellees/cross-appellants Juan Carlos Croucier and Croucier Productions, Inc. and against appellant/cross-appellee WBS, Inc. This order amends the court’s mandate.
Great! Watch Blippy try to weasel his way out of paying this, by claiming yet another "bankruptcy". Does anyone really believe Juan will see a dime of that money?

I finally got a chance to check out a little bit of Blobs/Sherminator's interview with LaFon..... Those two bozos are MADE for each other...
The Freight Train REALLY has a law degree? Judging by the video of the 9th Circuit appearance and the Lafon interview make that very suspicious.. is his law degree written in crayon?
Blobs refers to Pregerson as a nutty judge. Sherminator goes on record saying that Pregerson was going to retire in 2015, the same year Blobs' lawsuit started, but the judge purposely stayed on the bench to prevent Trump from appointing a more conservative judge in his place and took it out by railroading Blobs.. https://youtu.be/wvc0b3cOLo4
He never does explain how Pregerson knew that Blobster is a hardcore Trumptard, thereby having "political bias", but that was why Blobs' lost this case...
Not the fact that the contract the entire band signed in 1985 was still valid and the band had never went through the proper channels that THEY put in the contract (a member could only be voted out of the partnership by a majority vote) so the entire time the band was operating as WBS, it was never the legal owner of the Ratt name and the original contract was still valid..
Sherm also was adamant that the 9th Circuit would over rule the judgement... he was wrong..

Hard to believe that it’s been 3.5 years since this epic post was started. I think most of us would agree that this has to be on top 5 post of all time on Sludge?
It brought unity. Some debate. But overall that we all thought the title alone was top notch.

What is El Bloblito up to these days? Last I knew his wife left him. Is he beating up a new lady these days?
He's probably pounding the pavement or kicking ass on a carpet.
As long as I'm learning something, I figure I'm OK - it's a decent day.
