I finally got a chance to check out a little bit of Blobs/Sherminator's interview with LaFon..... Those two bozos are MADE for each other...

The Freight Train REALLY has a law degree? Judging by the video of the 9th Circuit appearance and the Lafon interview make that very suspicious.. is his law degree written in crayon?

Blobs refers to Pregerson as a nutty judge. Sherminator goes on record saying that Pregerson was going to retire in 2015, the same year Blobs' lawsuit started, but the judge purposely stayed on the bench to prevent Trump from appointing a more conservative judge in his place and took it out by railroading Blobs..

He never does explain how Pregerson knew that Blobster is a hardcore Trumptard, thereby having "political bias", but that was why Blobs' lost this case...
Not the fact that the contract the entire band signed in 1985 was still valid and the band had never went through the proper channels that THEY put in the contract (a member could only be voted out of the partnership by a majority vote) so the entire time the band was operating as WBS, it was never the legal owner of the Ratt name and the original contract was still valid..
Sherm also was adamant that the 9th Circuit would over rule the judgement... he was wrong..
