What are your favorite earplugs for concerts these days?
I'm talking about something that can stand up to all night right in front of the PA at a Poison / LA Guns / Winger club triple play or 3 hours in front of the stage at a G'nR' marathon set without ringing all night afterward?
You like Hearos, Eargasm, Loop, Etymotics, or something else???

Three hours? All night? Maybe in 1991.
Most people on here are allergic to fun and don't go to concerts now in their old age.

I have a pair of eargasm earplugs after foolishly not wearing them for decades and hundreds of shows. They work pretty well though the only one I’ve used, other than those shitty cheap foam ones.

Old school foam earplugs or just rip up a cocktail napkin and stick it in your ear. You lose a lot of the high end that way but that's what usually gets you the most so it's probably for the better.

Alpinestars Music Safe. The only professional ones I've used so I can't compare against others, but they've served me well at gigs for a decade. There's a pro version too, with more protection, presumably for bands and venue workers.

Outside of professional custom made ones, Eargasm is hands down the way to go. I've worn them to well over 100 shows and my ears never ring and I can hear the music just fine, and get the full range that you don't get with foam earplugs. I wish bands would team up with them in some kind of sponsorship deal and promote the shit out of them to their fans.
