I've considered that. I'm only an hour from Springfield, so very convenient. That said, my old girl is almost 12, so she might be a little "gamey." The younger one might be a tenderloin.cowpins wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2024 3:41 amI hear Haitian's make great dog sitters.TooOldToCare wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 5:07 pmI’m sure it’s buried in here years ago, but what is the 2 sentence story? Does he work? Independently wealthy or inherited a fortune? It sounds like he hangs out all day, sees shows at night, lather/rinse/repeat while the rest of us go to work, bitch about it, and then are too tired and old to do shit every night.Nate S Axel wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 4:23 pm
Definitely the most fun person from this forum I've met since the Metal Sludge "glory days" of extravaganzas and yearly events.
His life definitely doesn't suck. Always a great time hanging with him when he makes it to Vegas.
The positive vibe matches the online persona. He's all about having a good time, all of the time.
I still think he would enjoy being Vegasglamrocker more than LAglamrocker at this point! But lack of beaches in Vegas make the hammock life in L.A. a little better.
I can barely go on vacation once a year b/c I have two dogs (who I love) but no one to watch them without it becoming a huge ordeal.

Idk the cost, and though it's water under the bridge as they're grown, I'm afraid to know. Blended family with 4 kids. I could have quit working 20 years ago.

I have at least 2 more. More money is always good. Work, not always good.
I will have to unretire eventually. It's just that if I get a job now I would feel pretty silly if I just drop dead in a few years.

Probably my deepest darkest secret is what my girlfriend gets when I die. I sure wouldn't want her to hurry along the process. Especially because the longer I live the less she gets.
