Harris with the W. The water-brained folks will try to save them their freedoms and end up in jail just like last time their master broke out the dog whistle.

Yep. Harris wins, Trump pushes the Big Lie once again for his tinfoil-hatted cult to glom onto, and it's January 6th all over again.

I'm seeing a lot of Harris/Walz yard signs lately and fewer Trump signs and flags flapping.

Harris wins bigly and hopefully runs with tRump's "one tough, violent day" idea to round up Herr Donald and all the treasonous cocksuckers in his inner circle

Biden is still President. Trump is no longer in control of the white house.

If any of his lunatic followers try that shit again, it won't be pretty. And it won't be pretty for Trump either.

Harris for the win. Although we've been here before haven't we???

Yes, I would imagine with or without his words of encouragement, his flock will take it upon themselves to be the idiots they are known to be, and it will not go well for any of them.

This x1000. He didn't just rouse the rabble, he made sure that the path was clear for them to storm the Capitol. Not happening this time, or ever again, I would hope.

Au contraire, mon frere - Jan 6th was an unqualified success, save for the idiot who charged at an armed security officer after being warned to stand down, and the poor woman who got trampled. Y'all Queda invaded and desecrated our great nation's most historic and revered institution, and they walked away and hit the local bars and liquor stores to celebrate their victory afterwards. Imagine if BLM attempted a similar stunt. They'd have to send out to Philly and New York for extra body bags.

I know, I am seriously catastrophizing (as I have always done) and going too far down the rabbit hole with the root causes of failed nations, past civil wars, collapsing societies etc as well as the theory that the average age of a nation state is 250 years. Of course I am not verifying any of that, but it feeds my fears when I am on the bus and trying not to fall victim to the zombie apocalypse or laying alone in the dark spinning it around in my head.

Also way burned out on concerts and cut way back so more time to think about those things than wondering how much below face I can get into the next Maiden show.

BTW successful coups / insurrections often follow unsuccessful ones. And white grievance / entitlement is far more powerful than some of the other social justice movements which have mostly failed to gain mainstream support.

Trump wins but since he is in the advanced stages of dementia, either dies in office or is forced out and Vance names Donald Trump Jr as vice president as payback for pushing him for VP when Trump wanted Bergum. Then Vance dies mysteriously. Trump takes the oath. Then also dies mysteriously, likely cocaine intoxication. Then a latter day Roman empire succession of "presidents" as the country spins off into separate polities.

Alternately since revolutions tend to eat their own / turn on themselves, the Junior and Ivanka factions go to war against each other.

Since the Democrat base largely refuses to fight and is insufficient to draw a military from, the southern border is opened and drug cartel members are hired as mercenaries.

Police officer pay is severely cut and mostly stand down as they have since 2020. But they get their hour of ultraviolence enshrined in law which they commit extrajudicial executions and predate off the population to augment their pay.

China invades Taiwan. Russia invades the Baltic states and Poland. Iran begins to cast a larger shadow over the middle east including occupying Iraq. Israel starts hurling nukes.

Kid Rock / Hank Williams Jr / Ted Nugent stadium tour.

"Move on".....coming from the guy with numerous posts whining about, and obsessing over a FORMER President.

Trump did not win the last election, Trump has not been President for almost 4 years, Trump will not win against DEI Harris, so why do you let him upset you so much?

If Political affiliation is one of your defining attributes, shouldn't you be happy "your team won"?

Serious answer: As a non-President, he still got his Congressional lackeys to table a bipartisan immigration bill so that he could run on it. And he isn't except to insult anyone who doesn't take a knee for him.

Policies should be a focal point. They never have been with him. He rambles around them with no action. 2015: "In two weeks, I'll replace ObamaCare." "I'll build a beautiful wall, and Mexico will pay for it." He can't define what a tariff is. The list over the last nine years is long. And I won't suggest that any side or person has all the correct answers to national and international policy. It isn't about being upset. It's about creating chaos for so long. That is his only plan. Himself and divisive chaos. He has said nothing new in a decade. Incapable and incomprehensible. For many, that is entertaining in a WWE kind of way, but it doesn't bring America together. It has opened the door wide for those who have always been low-key racists and armchair politicians to join a movement they want. In my voting lifetime, I have voted R and D and knew that it would not be perfect. Still, I didn't have a fear that I might not have Social Security when I retired, or my granddaughter might not have female rights, or that the US would end up an authoritarian country because he has wet dreams about being a dictator. Is it truly funny or impressive that he knows he has committed crimes, been found guilty, been race-baiting since at least the early 1980s if not earlier, has bankrupted numerous businesses, stolen from charities, and this list also goes on for days.

I realize I've probably wasted 3 minutes and 200 keystrokes trying to be reasonable with a crowd that is not interested in discourse.

Fuckety fuck.

I live in Ca., so I don't see/hear a lot of political advertising, but over the weekend I was in Arizona, a goddam battleground state, and fuck, it was exhausting.

Every radio ad was political. There were these GIANT digital billboards everywhere that would cycle different ads, and about 1 out of 3 was political, often with weird shit like: "DEMOCRATS FOR TRUMP" or "CONSERVATIVES FOR KAMALA" alongside more basic R/D/indie ads.

I also saw a fat fuck 40 year old baby-man wearing shorts in a truck stop with my new favorite shirt...it had the slogan: TRUMP 2024, COMING IN HOT!! over a cartoon drawing of Trump carrying an assault rifle and hanging from the side of a lifted pickup truck.

I mean, it boggles my mind how they are taking that fucking New York pussy and making him: 'MURICAN BADASS!

I kind of want one...but cannot find it online among the 20,000,000 other designs people are bilking Trumptards with.

It's looking a lot better for the Dems since they swapped out the old timer, but I still don't have a good feeling about any of this. The polls have been way too close--I think Trump is going to win.

The fact that he's been doing so well is mindblowing. Just a straight-up babbling idiot at this point. Not a single word from his rallies is based in reality anymore. His campaign is entirely weird made-up shit at this point.

But people are dumb as fuck and eat that shit right up. Such a weird time to be alive, with people deciding wedge issues aren't enough, we have to burn everything to the ground over shit that's not even real.

I'm calling you out on this one, Wild O.

Ignoring that Trump continues to dominate the news even out of office, I'm going to point out that this is Metal Sludge and four years is nothing. We're still talking about the production choices on the Sea Hags album from 1989.

It is truly fucking exhausting. I'm in rural Arizona, so of course, it's all pro-Trump and pro-Kari Lake, and the ads are so fucking ridiclous.
