All I can hear are the drums and they sound fine to me!
The guitar is thin sounding but anything is thin sounding compared to Mick's tone!
Vince seems super low in the mix.
I was at the Bowery Ballroom show in NYC. I was expecting a life changing experience, but it was really just a band playing a club gig.
As many people have mentioned, Vince seems unhappy with Motley and more fun when he does his solo shows. That's the biggest complaint I have.
Tommy sounds fine, but don’t you expect a band who has been performing for decades to do something above the bare minimum and not sound like absolute shit…after all these “stadium tours”
“This is where we started out” Im sure nikki couldn’t even get Vince to a rehearsal before soundcheck and dude is staring at lyrics on a screen.
John sounds like ass and looks like a fool, I don’t think he is much of a selling point either, yea I know he’s a virtuoso. I’m stoked for people who enjoyed it but I think the videos speak for themselves

Tommy's playing is the only enjoyable aspect at this point, actually seems like it he's into it...which is hard to believe when he used to be the one who hated playing the same ol 12 songs the most!
Agreed.
I saw the band played back in July and I thought he was really kicking ass behind the kit. All of the close-up camera shots indicated such.
Tommy has ALWAYS been the best musician in the band. Sorry to all the Mick Mars fans, but it's true. They were very smart when they made large portions of the show (the spinning drumkit, the drumcoaster, the raised platforms) centered around him.

i will take this any day and all day long.. it's raw, it's not perfect.. It's how it used to be without all the bells and whistles and prerecorded music piped thru everything to make it a pretty perfect picture. If you were 18 again, these guys would be the band to see, raw and without a net.
this is rock and roll..
A fat winded singer singing behind the beat for the whole song isn't 'rock n roll' buddy.
I saw the Crue 9 years ago at The Pond and it was brutal then so I can't imagine in 9 years they and really specifically Vince have gotten better.
If this was the show they did there for what was supposed to be their final tour, I was there as well and it was not brutal. Vince sucked, but the rest of the band and show was very good.
Why the fuck are they still playing this song? They could be playing Red Hot, Ten Seconds to Love, Knock Em Dead, Kid. Hell, I’d rather hear songs like Mutherfucker of the Year something from Generation Swine.

You're asking why they're playing a single from their biggest album that had a huge video on MTV?

They don’t play two other singles from that album. They can leave this one out.
