Rob Zombie, while being a cool name, also attached himself to the White Zombie moniker, making his solo transition all the more seamless. Had he been Rob Blakk, he wouldnt have been able to usurp 99% of the fanbase and casuals. Like Manson and Cooper, it was the perfect way to make the band situation all you. So, even though his music is dogshit, it was the best pick of not only anyone listed here, but arguably also everyone not listed here.

Eh, I sorta get where youre going, but there's 2 problems with that.

Firstly, he was kind of doing what punkers had been doing all along, which was use your real first name with an "attitudinal" last name... Sid Vicious, Glenn Danzig, Johnny Rotton, Howie Pyro, etc.

Second, when they started he was a bit of a character, but he only really went from a leather jacketed, funny hatted, shorts wearing dude to an actual zombie with the release of his first solo album.

I think most stage names are sillyish, but not cringy.

Hell, Paul Stanley sounds as dumb and nerdy as Stanley Eisen (just less Jewish). Same for Gene. If I were picking names for my newborn, Paul and Gene are nowhere on the list. They sound like Grandpa names - my Grandpas were Earl and Walter. Old time.
