Yes! Ask him how things went after that and what he's doing now since rock stardom didn't play out. Back then every other guy I knew thought they were going to be rock stars and the ones I still know are pretty embarrassed about that now. I thought for sure he was going to pick the blonde but he went with the less obvious choice. I never got into that show did they pay for the first date or only if he chose the one the audience picked? Because he spent a lot on that date and he didn't come off as someone who had money (my car doesn't have a front seat, I'm dedicated to my music).

I worked on Love Connection when I first moved to Los Angeles. It was not this season, but a year later. I was an Office PA most of the time and a Set PA on shoot days. It paid horrible ($250 a week, $195 after taxes) and the bosses were terrible but it was a great job. Met some very nice people and dated quite a few of the contestants during the year I was there. Usually from the bad date room. Perfect job for a 22 year old guy that was new in town that didn't know a soul.

The show was really interesting how they basically shaped the date as either great or horrible. There was never a meh date. I always like when people went crazy when voting since the vote was predetermined.

I ended up dating and got married to the matchmaker on the show. She and I are still happily married 28 years later.

The guy who posted the video is the guy in the video, and he's been replying to all the comments.

I just asked him how many times he told chicks he was CJ Snare.

Also, he said that the chick he dated said the last guy she dated was a "real, bon-a-fide rock star". I wonder who that was. Some guy pretending to be Eric Brittingham?

He has a lot less hair now, funny enough his current wife/GF looks a lot like the chick from the show (its not her).

And he plays guitar in a Halestorm tribute band called HALESTROM

There was another YT video that a woman posted who was on the show.

In the YT comments, she talked about how she only ended up on the show because she went there with her friend who wanted to be on the show, her friend chickened out, and they begged her to fill in.

She said she kept refusing until she had them promise they wouldn't make her say mean things about a date that weren't true.

She ended up going on a date, and it was an odd date (he overslept, it was awkward, that kinda thing) but she thought he was a sweet guy, etc.

She said she ended up in a big fight with them because they wanted her to bag on him hard about the date and she refused to.

Some guys really need to know when to give it up with the hair. I wasn't thrilled about having to shave my head but it looks so much better than this guy clinging to scraps.

Normally I would agree but I bet this guy is hilarious to have a beer with.

I mean, he works at Duke University.

And he apparently plays open mics like 10 minutes from my house. Maybe I'll buy him a beverage and report back.
