I have a hard time imagining the geography of this tragedy. I'm seeing mention of Hollywood Hills, and I know many celebrities have been wiped out. Is this close to where Gene and Paul live or the Hollywood sign or Griffith Observatory, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr.?

Cutting the Fire Department budget by 20MILL, not following proper brush clear procedures amongst other things are to blame and those that run for office and then decide to leave the country at the start of the fire doesn't help. Saying "Climate Change" doesn't lessen the threat and reeling in preparations for this is beyond incomprehensible. There have been Red Flag warnings for weeks in LA and High Wind warnings. As of yesterday and last night, it was over 1,000... that has now went up 5 fold! Damn!

Finally, and probably most tragic is the number of animals this will affect. Being trapped and seeing fire coming at you as you get hotter and hotter until you're literally on fire is very possibly the worst thing that could happen to a living being and thousands of animals are dealing with that right now. They already have it bad enough because of our (humans) bullshit now they have nature doing this to them as well. It's just sad.
