Compared to Air Supply, Survivor is Iron Maiden.

It's absolutely idiotic to contend Zep weren't A-listers in the 1970s.

Chris (Mark Wahlberg in Rock Star): Oh, maybe if I get really lucky, I'll get to grow up and listen to Air Supply and wear jack boots.

Joe: What's wrong with Air Supply?

Chris: Nothing, if you're the cop from the Village People.

Both have their share of good songs, but as pointed out above Survivor is heavy sht!t compared to Air Supply. Went with Survivor here.

Survivor was damn good. A band that should be very involved in these nostalgic Live Nation lineups. 5-6 strong hits.

Didn't the first singer have vocal chord problems and the second singer is dead? Would be hard to do it without one of their voices although I do remember seeing Pearl sing in RATT and it wasn't awful so maybe they could get Andrew Freeman who seems to be a gun for hire type.

Ehh, maybe, maybe not. Vital Signs is better. Even the non-singles like "Popular Girl" and "Broken Promises" are good tunes. No filler.

For the non-singles on THTS, "Here Comes Desire" is a nice heavy AOR tune.

Survivor died when Jim Peterik left. Check out this show, just fantastic! Filmed in 2009. Featuring: Jim Peterik, Dave Bickler, Jimi Jamison, Don Barnes, Mickey Thomas, Donny Van Zandt, Johnny Van Zandt, Jack Blades, & Brad Gillis. Joel Hoekstra playing in the backing band

Setlist:
High on you
I can't hold back
Vehicle
Rockin' into the night
Hold on loosely
Call me the Breeze
Fooled around and fell in love
We built this city
Eye of the tiger
Still rock in America

I like Air Supply but "High on You" shits on everything they ever did combined.

Survivor was outstanding in the mid 80’s. Almost the same guise as Journey. Solid arrangements with guitar and piano. Same disfunction as well.

Two of my favorites! Pretty much the entire When Seconds Count album is good too.

Poor Man's Son, I'm Not that Man Anymore, Man Against the World... I just realized as I was typing this that they all had the word "man" in the title!

Jackie Don't Go is another one I love. I'm pretty sure Danger Danger tried to re-write that one a few times (Under the Gun, Beat the Bullet)

And of course, Eye of the Tiger and Burning Heart.

So Survivor gets my vote here!
