SCOUR - Phil Anselmo's BLACK METAL Band (New album Feb 21, 2025)
If you like Black Metal, this stuff is good. I never knew Phil was in this band.
They got a new album called "Gold" coming out February 21st, 2025.

I heard their first stuff years ago, not my bag, but its inhuman how good Phil sounds doing this. He's done it all.

I tried to listen to Scour. It's a bit too dark for me. I prefer his more Rockin' stuff with Down.

That’s what I always thought when Cowboys came out. The whole stance, etc was Rollins. Halford had to come later.Love_Industry wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 4:32 amAh so that was before he became Halford?Wiseacre wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 4:04 amYou skipped right over Rollins.Love_Industry wrote: ↑Sun Jan 19, 2025 11:13 pm Trendjumper's Gonna trend jump.

Not hating though. When they came here for that album my bassist and guitarist were at the show and one was wearing the t-shirt with our first album cover on it. Before the show Phil came over and asked if they knew that band. The told him it was their band and he said he had and like the album. Anyone who liked my band can’t be all bad.

It's what he does best. Some of his best bands, Christ Inversion example, were all amazing.
