Best post dysfunctional Dokken album
What is your favorite Dokken album post dysfunction? According to the interwebs, "Dokken's internal dysfunction began to surface prominently during the late 1980s, primarily due to creative and personal differences between lead vocalist Don Dokken and guitarist George Lynch. These tensions culminated in the band's breakup in March 1989." Now…what entire album is your favorite?

Shadowlife and Erase The Slate are the only two from those choices I have heard. I can't really vote for that reason. I was so bummed out when I first heard Shadowlife! I really liked Dysfunctional and Dokken has always been one of my very favorite bands so I was pumped that they were back together again and had just released a strong album. The Sky was the limit man...and then I heard Convenience Store Messiah as well as the rest of the album. I was honestly astonished at what i was hearing. I mean even if you don't like them, there is a ton of talent in that band. Yet, this was what they released to the world? Now that I think about it, that was the year I started doing harder drugs. Subconsciously I guarantee that was a factor.
They were cool to watch with Reb live. He did justice to the Lynch material, but the originals they came up with weren't my favorites.

Post-'89? You might as well include Up From the Ashes on here (even though it's technically a Don solo album). I'd vote that one over everything else on this list.
