The US authorities in Florida, maybe, and they'll probably just need everything that was already said in Bahamas, and likely it was nothing more than a tragic accident. It’s really this simple. First of all, nobody who isn’t already behaving dangerously just falls off a cruise ship. It’s impossible. Can we put that bed?

Scenario 1: she willfully jumped to commit suicide
Scenario 2: he willfully threw her overboard to commit murder
Scenario 3: she was acting the fool, climbing up on the balcony ledge, just fooling around, or even trying to scare him, but then accidently fell to her death.

Two are her fault, one is his, none are RCs.

She did go over the balcony, which is right off their room. Not in a public area... at least that is what I have been told, by more than 1 source from the ship.
