Why have they removed Eric and Bruce from the band photo and the cover artwork?

Why aren’t Eric or Bruce on the cards? They’ve got an awful one of goofy ass Chaim with his receding hairline, and half of the set have an almost identical photo on them!

Why are they using those goofy makeup icons (circa 1998) on a show that didn’t have makeup?

Why is the Catman icon yellow not green?

Why did they finally listen to everyone and make a proper cover with artwork not just that lame soundboard logo, but have it all in monochrome when the Asylum tour was all about outrageous colour? The photo on the back is an awesome photo and they’ve pissed all over it by having it in monochrome. So odd.

"Rights" can be taken care of with a quick phone-call - e-mail - docu-sign. Nobody is gonna break the bank with t-shirt sales from this release so not getting said rights and including them is.......lame.

The original contracts might account for likeness in a music release, but merchandise is a different animal and not often negotiated in perpetuity.

My guess is when Pophouse bought KISS (catalog, images, IP) it did not include rights to any members but Paul & Gene. For a release with limited commercial appeal, why pay more to make it happen?
