Too bad they hardly show the band.
So strong image, so poor videos…

The band is in the entire video, Tobias is the priest, all the monks and nuns r bandmembers too. Its inevitable the band in costume will be in the next video for much longer

Still, they don’t use their strong image. Nobody outside the diehard fans will try to figure out who’s who in this black & white mess.

It's obviously a planned strategy NOT to overexpose the new characters right from the get go on the first video but actually to introduce them on the end of the video with the "to continued" message.

So I would definitely not be worried about Ghost not using their strong image enough, I am sure they will use it enough for sure! :D

Good tune.

I wouldn't debate over whether Tobias knows what he's doing. To take a band like Ghost in today's day and age and have the success they've having in this genre is pretty frickin amazing.

Catchy song, as is a lot of their stuff.

Looking forward to the album.

I like Ghost, and still looking forward to new record but that song is very weak. Just plain boring.

Meh. I feel like the all the people saying it's a "return to the first two albums" are just saying that because the song title has "Satan" in it. It's just the same pop metal schlock they've been doing for forever.

I know some people like them, and hey, if that's your thing, great, but to me, the only time they've ever had a pulse was with "Square Hammer". The rest has just completely missed me.

That was a great insight into Tobias and the writing process.
Not that I’ve watched any vids like that before.
Ruby convinced me to go to Ghost with her, and started listening to the setlist playlist to familiarise myself with the songs.
I deliberately stayed away from video performances as I wanted the show to be a surprise, and it was.
I’ve found them to be one of those bands where repeated listening pays off.

I liked his answer to the “new fans” question.

Definitely. I find that most of their songs are growers.

1st listen and this song is very meh. Strange choice for a first single. Hopefully it will be a grower.

Agreed. I should like them based on everything else I like. I keep trying. I just can't get into it

Looking forward to new Wednesday 13 instead

you can't hate on the guy, he has taken satan to the masses < get it, masses? ..and made it catchy rock and his interviews show him as a super nice polite guy, husband and father. satan must be proud of him. I for the record. I really like ghost and their music. the lyrics don't bother me and some of them are pretty cool. He made plagues and rats catchy! "He is" nailed the televangelists..."The future is a foreign land" another great one. I will admit though, this new look is way darker than all the others.
