Indiana Teacher Accused of 'Gangbang' With Junior High Students ... Asked Them to Wear 'Scream' Masks


A teacher from Indiana is facing a series of child sex abuse charges ... and, she allegedly had a very specific sexual scenario she asked the children to act out using replicas of the killers' masks from the "Scream" movie franchise.

Brittany Fortinberry, a 31-year-old former teacher at Eminence High School, is facing a slew of charges -- including child molestation, sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors, and more -- for allegedly sexually abusing multiple children she met at two different schools last year.

A new court document goes into detail about the alleged sexual activity ... including an incident described as a "gangbang."

A 13-year-old -- whose name has been redacted in the document -- told a police officer Fortinberry picked him and two of his friends up, and bought them hundreds of dollars' worth of clothes before taking them back to her house.

The boy says he believes Fortinberry -- shown here in a photo from her husband's Instagram page that's since been deleted -- called the kids' parents to see if they could stay the night ... before giving them a dose of magic mushrooms and asking if they wanted to gangbang her.

They accepted ... and say Brittany had only one condition -- that the three kids wear "Scream" masks during the sex. The alleged gangbang is said to have gone on for around two hours.

The affidavit also includes other sworn statements detailing abuse -- including a 14-year-old who told investigators he believes Fortinberry may have drugged him on one occasion.

Worth noting ... several individuals say Brittany befriended their parents and has a son their age -- so, there were more ties between them than the average teacher-student relationship to begin with.

Fortinberry is currently being held in the Morgan County jail.

We've reached out to Fortinberry's attorney for comment ... so far, no word back.

Indiana Mother Punches on the Bus Go Round & Round ... Woman Arrested for Attacking Kid on School Bus


A woman in Indiana was arrested after she and her two kids allegedly beat up a student ... and, the fight was seemingly caught on shocking video.

Latea Hentz -- a 36-year-old mother -- and her teenage son and daughter are accused of hopping on a school bus to throw hands with an 8th-grade student they claim was bullying the son.

Watch the clip ... the three people in the vid -- identified by local outlets as Hentz, her 17-year-old daughter and her 13-year-old son -- throw punch after punch at this other student. One person in the fray screams at this kid to never touch her son again.

It's a pretty shocking clip ... and, many students onboard are begging the three to let the kid go, though they don't leave until they've landed quite a few punches.

According to local reports ... Hentz told cops the student had been bullying her son for weeks, but the school wouldn't do anything to stop it. The day before this went down in early March, she says, he slapped her son.

Police say the kid who was beaten up went to the hospital for treatment, where it was determined his nose was fractured and his left eye was bruised and swollen.

Hentz was reportedly charged with multiple felonies ... including criminal confinement, battery resulting in moderate injury, intimidation, and criminal trespass. The children are also facing undisclosed charges.

Alleged 'Gangbang' Teacher Husband Files For Divorce

The husband of the Indiana teacher charged with sexually abusing children by allegedly asking them to gangbang her while wearing "Scream" masks is taking a stab at a new life ... because he filed for divorce.

Brittany Fortinberry is the 31-year-old former high school teacher who is facing a slew of child sex abuse charges ... and legal docs obtained by TMZ reveal her husband, Nicholas Fortinberry, filed for divorce back in February when a police investigation was just getting started.

As we reported ... Brittany is accused of sexually abusing multiple junior high students she met at two different schools. Cops say she would ply the kids with alcohol and magic mushrooms before having sex with them, including one alleged instance where she orchestrated an orgy that had the boys wearing masks from the "Scream" movie franchise.

In separate court docs, police say one of the boy's parents told cops Brittany's husband "knew about things" and threatened to "slaughter" one of the kids if he came forward.

Police say the parent also told cops Nic approached one of the boys and told him "that it needed to stop until he was of age" and "how disgusting it was."

The docs say police talked to the parent on Feb. 24 ... and Brittany's husband beelined it to court the following day and filed for divorce after 4 years of marriage.

Nic says they got hitched Nov. 11, 2020 and he lists Feb. 21, 2025 as the date of separation. He says they have a 4-year-old child who was born before they got married and he's seeking temporary custody of the kid and temporary possession of their family home.
