INXS an actual 10
Legendary singer- legendary videos- legendary time in music

Oasis an actual zero
Worst band- worst image- worst brothers- band is pure garbage- worst generation

If u love Oasis you don’t like music- you are a loser
Jani Lane and Bret Michaels should form a band called "Nelson II"

This might end up being one of the most lopsided polls ever

I always hated INXS, and mostly because of their fans. In HS, they were insufferable. The Rock star INXS show was pretty cool, and reintroduced me to them, and I've become a pretty big fan.

Oasis has a few catchy tunes. I do appreciate the brothers "I don't give a shit..80's rock star attitudes" but I can't imagine ever listening to one of their albums

Oasis are awful.
For both quality and body of work it's not even remotely close.

INXS have their own sound.

Oasis is "does it sound like Beatles with modern production? Oh it must be those two dickheads then".

I actually enjoy some of Oasis’ classic hits like “Wonderwall”, but INXS buries the Gallagher brothers here.

I'm not familiar with Oasis' music, but know INXS quite well. Shabooh Shoobah is one of my favorite New Wave albums. Old World, New World, To Look At You, The One Thing, and several others off that album are great songs! Then of course their hits were all solid, and I quite liked the song Elegantly Wasted. It's "better than Oasis."

First two Oasis records were great, but they're no competition to Inxs at all.

To start with:
Hutchence = one of the best frontmen ever.
Liam = sings with hands behind his back.

Noel Gallagher about Michael Hutchence while he was standing right by him at the 1996 Brit Awards.

As a side note did you know Oasis covered 'Cum On Feel The Noize'?

Kinda sucks.

As a poster already addressed, Oasis called Michael a has been while standing next to him on an awards show stage.
I heard “new sensation” the other day and forgot how good it is - much better than Oasis.

Ya, that was messed up. I realize the Oasis guys are known for being obnoxious and arrogant and that night at the awards show they were being particularly bad, but saying that about Michael when he was up there wasn't cool. I guess that upset him quite a bit.

I hadn't realized that there was some friction between them due to Paula Yates. She seemed to be a magnet for controversy. Here is a short video that explains the INXS vs Oasis feud pretty good.

I just didn't realize anybody cared about them. They seemed like one of those radio bands that everybody kind of liked, but was nobody's favorite.

I like some of their songs, but they never really connected with me. They don't mean or stand for anything other than making adequate pop songs. They had no band-entity personality.

Bee Gees weren't Australian.

...buttttt for a time at their peak, they were very much the embodiment of disco, and they were "about" having a good time and escaping into a benign hedonistic adult fantasy of dancing, bright lights, sex, quaaludes and cocaine.

Born on the Isle of Man to English parents, the Gibb brothers lived in Chorlton, Manchester, England, until the late 1950s. There, in 1955, they formed the skiffle/rock and roll group the Rattlesnakes. The family then moved to Redcliffe, in the Moreton Bay Region, Queensland, Australia, and later to Cribb Island. After achieving their first chart successes in Australia as the Bee Gees, they returned to the UK in January 1967, when producer Robert Stigwood began promoting them to a worldwide audience.
God, you're so motherfucking pedantic...

I had to edit together a whole mini-documentary on the Bee Gees for a thing I do...so I am steeped in Bee Gees lore and fact.

You ever watch the Spirits Having Flown Tour TV special? It's really good, if you like A list seventies bands...
