Was a huge Jovi fan up until Richie was canned, only reason it bothered me is the music has sucked since then.
Havent been in love with the music this century BUT there have always been 4-5 songs an album I could get into
This is a setlist that would have me at the beer line more than in my seat

They are a lot like Metallica. They started to suck after a certain point. When that point was, is a matter of opinion by the fans. For me it’s TBA for Metallica and The Circle or maybe Lost Highway for BJ. I’m most likely being too generous with BJ but I honestly feel their output from 1984-2005 was solid for their whole arena rock, power pop trip. I don’t give a shit if they were Springsteen lite or that Jon started to sing more through his nose. Their albums and songs were solid throughout this time

Not defending anything about this, but was this not a special event for the super fans with a storytellers kinda thing. They probably want to hear those songs....and are gonna give glowing reviews regardless.

Definitely a few songs I'd take out, but overall I think the setlist is Ok.

It was billed as part of his Runaway Tours and cameras, phones, etc. are usually not allowed on the Runaway Tours.

What pissed me off was Jon made an appearance during Phil X’s show at JBJ’s the night before, so most of the audience of course turns to watch Jon at the bar while Phil X was on stage … idk I thought it was shitty but it is HIS bar.
