Looks like there's 15 performers below the line on the poster, now that Chubchub Von Crybaby dropped out.
Is Mike Bordin the only drummer? Gonna be a lot of people in each supergroup. Unless they swap em in and out.
Just like Axl to demand a 9 minute set changeover, when everyone before them and Metallica after only gets a 7 min changeover. Axl being a diva again.

Ozzy, who is borderline vegetable, is going to do an hour? Good luck with that

Bordin is drumming for Ozzy with Clufetos. The Supergroup drummers are Chad Smith and Sleep Token II, apparently, I guess one for each.HueyRamone wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 4:08 pm Looks like there's 15 performers below the line on the poster, now that Chubchub Von Crybaby dropped out.

Yeah...I'm seeing that they're supposed to do 5 Ozzy solo songs, and 4 Sabbath songs. There's no way, unless someone is co-singing with him on almost all of those.

Axl deserves the nine minute set change.
They literally just played tonight and have to travel to go to this event. It should be awesome and I am looking forward to seeing GNR.

Re: Band Schedule for "Back to the Beginning" tomorrow
I will be watching it , but in the later afternoon till midnight or so .
As a few friends wanted to watch it in my theatre room, but they can’t come till afternoon. This will work out better than watching the live stream in morning as I can skip the set changes .
Should be a great day, looking forward to it!
The negative Nancy’s can go watch CNN or Fox News …lol

Jake E Lee posted that he’s playing “The Ultimate Sin” with Nuno, Ellefson and Lzzy Hale, then “Shot In The Dark” with the Disturbed guy

Am I the only one who thinks this lineup sucks?

No British bands on the bill. Where's KK?

Re: Band Schedule for "Back to the Beginning" tomorrow
And why the fuck does Jake E Lee need another guitar player to play his 2 Ozzy songs?
It's bad enough he can't do Bark at the moon, but now there is Nuno playing along on the 2 songs he can do...

KKs gonna be in one of the supergroups. It was never gonna be a KKs Priest set.
Id say it's lame that Jake is there but cant share the stage with Ozzy one more time, but who knows what Ozzy's condition is gonna be.

Re: Band Schedule for "Back to the Beginning" tomorrow
Unfortunately due to arthritis, Jake admitted he struggles with BATM. Jake also stated TUS would be easy for him to play. Jake can pull it off but it's just a matter of having another well respected musician get some stage time playing an Ozzy song. Tom Morello made that decision, not Jake. I'm bet there will other guitarists playing with Zakk on his Ozzy era songs like there was at the RnR Hall Of Fame.El Vampiro Blanco wrote: ↑Sat Jul 05, 2025 5:45 am And why the fuck does Jake E Lee need another guitar player to play his 2 Ozzy songs?

Jake is really struggling, makes me sad...
Ain't flinging tears out on the dusty ground for all my friends out on the burial ground. Can't stand the feeling getting so brought down. It's just that demon life has got me in its sway
Re: Band Schedule for "Back to the Beginning" tomorrow
GNR rumored to be playing Absurd, Hard Skool, and Live and Let Die.
But they are bringing their usual stage production… nothing. So there’s that.

2 extra minutes to get the piano ready? Thinking November Rain, but It's Alright would be cool.HueyRamone wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 4:08 pm Just like Axl to demand a 9 minute set changeover, when everyone before them and Metallica after only gets a 7 min changeover. Axl being a diva again.

Re: Band Schedule for "Back to the Beginning" tomorrow
Yeah, I think there's a reason they had Nuno out there. This whole thing has been clockwork so far, except when they walked out and Lzzy had to stall for time to get Jake going.
I'm not the biggest Extreme fan in the world (I think they're fine, just not a huge fan), but goddamn Nuno is a monster.
Curious who'll get to play Bark at the Moon, since Jake didn't do it.

If I'd had a ticket, I wouldn't have showed up any earlier than Slayer.
This shit doesn't interest me one bit:
Supergroup (Billy Corgan, Sammy Hagar, Papa V Perpetua, Steven Tyler, Tom Morello, Nuno Bettencourt, Rudy Sarzo, Travis Barker, Chad Smith, Danny Carey, K.K. Downing, Adam Jones, Adam Wakeman, Vernon Reid, Ron Wood, Andrew Watt)
1. "Symptom of the Universe" (Black Sabbath cover)
2. "Breaking the Law" (Judas Priest cover)
3. "Snowblind" (Black Sabbath cover)
4. "Flying High Again" (Ozzy Osbourne cover)
5. "Rock Candy" (Montrose cover)
6. "Bark at the Moon" (Ozzy Osbourne cover)
7. "Train Kept A Rollin" (Aerosmith cover)
8. "Walk This Way" / "Whole Lotta Love" (Aerosmith / Led Zeppelin Covers)

I'm holding my breath, but yeah, I don't know what's going on with Supergroup B. The previous one was the way to go, and only do Ozzy/Sabbath covers.jens wrote: ↑Sat Jul 05, 2025 8:28 am If I'd had a ticket, I wouldn't have showed up any earlier than Slayer.

Every band has been tight so far, though. The only one that was a bit of a dud was Rival Sons, and that was only because they didn't close with a Sabbath cover, and stretched out their own song to finish.

If Slayer is doing 28 minutes, they could do Reign in Blood in its entirety again.

Really impressed with Gojira. Not normally my favorite vocals, but they fucking brought it as a band.
