After re-listening to all the Ozzy solo records, some multiple times, I'm changing my answer to "something off Diary of a Madman". I clearly forgot how great that record is, his best.

I've been doing the same. I'm still stuck on the song Diary...but it really is amazing how many great tunes he's put out.

Diary of a Madman is perfection, start to finish! Not too many albums are.
Flying High Again is my favorite, but the whole album is great!
My daughter and I had a conversation last night.
She prefers Blizzard of Ozz. I like it well enough, but not as much as Diary.

Thinking about this made me realize how many outstanding songs that guy has been a part of....goddamn!

I'd say "Tonight" might be my favorite because it's more of an unknown song. Plus both of Randy's solos are just so good. Side 2 of Diary is a bonified masterpiece. It's absolutely unreal that Diary and Blizzard were both produced within a year and a half.

I think it has to be Diary OF A MADMAN for me also. It’s moody and dark then , absolutely shreds . Just a fantastic song i have never grown tired of, no matter how many listens. His best album… period.
