Where I am pretty sure he lives in Colorado is one of the most expensive spots on the planet.

Also he hunts and fishes etc. I've known people who went bigger and bigger on the house til their kids are sleeping in a different zip code before going to a smaller house and a lot of land. In Colorado even. I really doubt he's slumming it because he's afraid to spend money.

I can also honestly say if you dumped a few hundred mil on me I wouldn't change my lifestyle all that much either except for not going rock bottom on the concert tickets and taking the bus. I already eat what whatever I want and do almost whatever I want as it is. I'd probably buy an apartment building though, and live in one unit and when it becomes completely filthy and unlivable, just move into the next one.
