Revisiting My Band Giant - Dan Huff YouTube Channel

Post by ParaDime77 »

A Dan Huff YT channel has been definitely been in demand for quite a while now. So much knowledge in the music industry as producernd complete virtuoso on the guitar. Really goes into detail on a lot of topics each episode. Some of the guitar solos are completely ridiculous how great he is.This is episode number one, Giant first album.

It's like what if Winger were 40 years old...

It's absolutely idiotic to contend Zep weren't A-listers in the 1970s.

This guy's name never pops up when we're discussing the guitar greats of that era and that bit of him playing the It Takes Two solo in the beginning just reminds me how incredible he was. The man doesn't get half the credit he deserves around here.

He absolutely nails at solo. There are a couple other episodes up I have not yet checked into but I assume it’s discussing his recordings through the years.

Not around here but among incredible musicians he sure does.

Instead we have LAGLAMROCKER talking about C level bands and getting fat.

Think of all the cool guitar solos he could have laid down on other people's songs if he hadn't wasted all that time and effort on a Michael Bolton-wannabe solo project.

There are plenty of great solos on the first two Giant albums. Both of them are damn good hard rock/AOR records.
