What LIVE Albums Are Perfection, Start to Finish?

The one that started it all. Spreading gossip and insults since 1998.

Rips from start to finish with gold star frontman banter from Bayley. All of which was neutered when he went to Maiden.
Almost agreed. There are 2 more tracks on the LP than the CD but they're out of sequence, which is annoying, and I've never been able to read the set list in the sleeve photo so see where they would have gone.

I was there that night. I always wondered if "the guy in the glasses" was the person I went with. We'd got separated in the crowd.

Can't believe no-one has yet mentioned No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith.

Basically a repeat answer from the “actually live live album” thread

Sam Cooke - Live From The Harlem Square Club
Keith Richards & The X-pensive Winos - Live From the Hollywood Palladium
Paul Westerberg - A Lot of Songs … Not For Sale

Both mentioned above...

Foghat Live is great, worth it for that version of Fool for the City alone.

Sam Cooke at Harlem Square Club is excellent, too. This also belongs in the "Actually Live" thread.
*I kinda want a new screenname. Seriously. I barely watch racing anymore. :x

I don't think I could use the word "perfect" for any live albums that I know of, but some of my favorites are:

Scorpions - World Wide Live
Iron Maiden - Live...After Death
Ozzy Osbourne - Tribute
W.A.S.P. - Live In The Raw (can't believe it hasn't been mentioned yet...I just cannot believe it!)
Judas Priest - Priest Live (never have heard Unleashed In The East)
Roger Waters - In The Flesh
Pink Floyd - Delicate Sound Of Thunder is quite good

If Van Halen - Live Without A Net were an album I would probably include it

LIke I said, in my opinion none of these are perfection. Maybe I should've just stayed out of it...I don't know. I just wanted to talk to somebody today. :(

That's a pretty good one regardless if you consider it an album or not. I Loved 5150, and this was Van Hagar at the top of their game.

Yep. Post-breakup, both factions' 1st work was their best work.

It's absolutely idiotic to contend Zep weren't A-listers in the 1970s.

The whole KISS Alive! Is fake is so way overblown. If you watch any of the bootleg videos of shows from the same era they don't sound much different from Alive at all.
